I was greeted at the door , there are a lot of workers I’m not to sure why I assume only two people worked there lol , Very professional,i literally was in and out . I dropped my top off Tuesday and it will be picked up Friday , I’m in no rush ,however ask about the time frame you need so they can make sure they can assist your needs in a timely manner.

Sanjay and his crew are always accommodating and never make you wait! I switched about a year ago and have never been disappointed! Always a genuine smile and warm greeting....anyone who does less than a 5 star is nit picking and probably never gives a good review. Definitely should be picked Best of Delray!!

Very fast and fairly priced. They always do great work in a timely matter and have gone above and beyond for their customers. I have never run into a situation where they have made false promises. I’m on a roll this morning... just got a call from Sanjay at Kristal Cleaners and he is awesome. Will now get pickup and delivery of my dry cleaning and he accommodated me by using my hangers without a pause in his voice. Lol I said Are you sure, don’t want extra work for you all, he replied “No problem at all”. Thank you Sanjay and all at Kristal Cleaners!

The owner has customer first mentallity

Dropped of my 4 couch cushion covers and one comforter. Only took the comforter to the dry cleaners because it's too big for my washer. (never have used a dry clean service before). I was told by Monday 1/4 as it was on 12/30 before new years. Never received an estimate (my mistake). Finally called to inquire about my belongings on 1/6 (never was in touch with me) and picked it up and they pressed my covers for an extra charge without asking first. I did not know what to expect for the price but it came to over 230$. I'm a college student and paying that is not easy, took a toll on me and would have appreciated an estimate for courtesy. also took 2 couch covers to a dry cleaner near by and they estimated me 10$/ a piece instead of 60$

Wanted to charge $85 for resoleing a pair of flats. Luckily I asked how much before I left the shoes. I'll just buy another pair or find another place. Open to recommendations anyone?
