Maggie and her staff made my dream come to life! I brought her a photo of a look I saw on the Academy Awards last week and she made it happen. They made me a stunning sleeve with a bow. Went to my event looking - and feeling- like a star! Thank you Fina Couture! Clearly this posted under my husbad's name! He does not wear sleeves with bows!

I’m SURE her work is good because the staff has not changed, but since the new owner took over I’ve been very displeased with the price change. Unfortunately I don’t know when or if I’ll be going back.

ABSOLUTELY the worst retail experience I have ever encountered. I have owned my own business for 30 years. I have an excellent reputation among my peers as I treat people the way I want to be treated. We are a small business community. I have never had an interaction like I had with the woman Glaisy, that owns this place. She was defensive and confrontational and contradictory. I went in with a simple matter. She hemmed my pants too short. When I asked about compensation, she got in my face, started screaming at me and calling me names and then threatened to call the police. I attempted to reason with her and she became even angrier. I have used another tailor in town for many years, but this one was recommended by a friend. It is not the quality of her work, which is indeed questionable. It is her character. And the angry aggressive way she treats her clients. since the experience, I have had a number of conversations with people who have had the same experience. Apparently, when things do not go the way that she wants, she becomes confrontational and the client backs down. When I did not back down, things escalated. BEWARE… This is not a good person. And she is not fair. If you have an article of clothing, you care about, find another tailor
