What a fun western style cafe. We went for breakfast and ordered the scone Benedict. It did not disappoint. The sauce was so creamy and the scone was fried to perfection. Our server Grace was kind and attentive. This is a great spot for a bite to eat. Very filling.

we LOVED the special cut of the week, pretzels and the crispy chicken thighs!! the owners are so kind and welcomed us back when we came in again the next day. (THANK YOU) the atmosphere and design of the restaurant is beautiful and cozy too. Definitely check it out!!

Speechless. I grew up stopping at this spot. It's had a complete makeover and is under new management. Service was prefect. Food delicious. Highly recommend!

I love the atmosphere of the new Hub. The place was bumping, with great service and excellent food. We had the Braised Short Ribs, Crispy Chicken Thighs, and Half Roasted Chicken. I recommend for dinner, and we can’t wait to have a family brunch there soon!

This place used to be a hole in the wall dive. Don’t get me wrong, it was good and I liked it but it was a dive. Not too long ago they shut it down and did a complete remodel and overhaul of the menu and the restaurant. We tried it out this weekend and wow, were we surprised. Do not pass up the opportunity to check this place out. My wife got the salmon and I got the sirloin. The sirloin was good but my wife’s salmon was out of this world. The potatoes with the sirloin were so good, I think they bake them till soft (little small potatoes), give them a little smush, then fry them. Never had potatoes like that but I couldn’t get enough and that was just a side dish. Same thought and detail went into my wife’s side, Brussels sprouts. If you get the opportunity to check this place out you should give it a shot.

We ate at The Hub tonight and it was 10/10! The pomegranate salad was perfection. The cedar plank salmon with brussel sprouts was better than what I recently ordered at Sundance. My family loved their burgers and roasted chicken as well. I’m gluten free and there were tons of options for me. What an awesome addition to our community!!! 👏👏👏👏

My recent visit to The Hub left me utterly delighted, and I can't wait to share my experience. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was inviting, and the service was top-notch. Mo, the owner, was personally attending to guests, which added a warm touch to the evening.

But the real star of the show was the Wagyu steak—it truly melted in your mouth, leaving a lingering taste of perfection. And let's not forget about the pretzels and cheese—warm, tender, and oh-so-delicious!

What truly sets The Hub apart is not just the exceptional food but the attention to detail and the passion of the staff, led by Mo himself. He was not only present but also knowledgeable, answering all our questions with enthusiasm and expertise.

The food was amazing! The country fried steak was made in house and fork tender! The scone was fluffy and cinnamon butter was flavorful and even better than I remembered. The place is so clean and the decor is wonderful. The new Hub will definitely be our regular place to eat!!

This was our first time eating here. We had the best service possible. Our waitress was awesome. Then this other waiter was just AMAZING! I didn’t get his name but he gave our girls some ice cream. It was the sweetest gesture I have ever seen at a restaurant. Thanks so much for making our girls day extraordinary. :) We will definitely be back and I will let everyone know how amazing this place is!!!!

The Hub has quickly become my personal favorite as a local here! My waitress was Jacqueline and she did a phenomenal job! Brought me a drink right off the bat and made sure it was always filled! I would 100% recommend anyone go!

Stopped in here for breakfast on our way back to Salt Lake. It was so good. I ordered the country fried steak. The gravy was fire, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The parking lot is a little small if you are in a truck or large SUV. Great place to stop for a cozy breakfast or brunch!

We LOVE the hub. I see negative reviews on here and all the comments are directed towards the new changes?? That’s funny to me. I don’t know how you can feel good about leaving a bad review because the new owners (that I’ve met and know, and they go above and beyond to provide the best experience) remodeled and improved everything including a brand new kitchen and upgraded the quality of food to be the best. Everything is fresh and most of it is made from scratch. The negative reviews about “this isn’t the old hub” is quite ridiculous because the food is cooked in a new clean kitchen. Can’t complain about that. Everything in this restaurant is high quality. And, not to mention, it’s hard to keep any business in the food industry staffed with good help. I’ve had great service every time. We come literally 2-3 times a week! Always good! Highly recommend this place! Dev and Mo, love you guys! Thanks for hustling and providing the best for this valley! 🤘

What an outstanding experience. I decided to try it out on re-opening weekend, knowing they are still getting things ironed out. We were thoroughly impressed! We came for breakfast (but will soon return for other meal occasions!). The french toast and pancakes were excellent - clearly made by a skilled kitchen and bespoke ingredients rather than a cheap, run-of-the-mill diner. The Huevos Rancheros were also fantastic, very skillfully assembled and full of flavor. Can't wait to try more from this delicious menu! The service was cheerful and prompt. The decor was impressive. After being completely torn down and built up again from scratch, this is now one of the best eating facilities in Heber City. Quite tastefully done with all of the lighting, accents, flatware choices, etc. They spent a lot of time and care making this grand re-opening special, and we absolutely loved it!

These guys have put their heart and soul into this place and it shows in the ambiance, service and the food. The proteins were great, -high quality beef and fish, and the appetizers and salads were delicious and the whole menu is well thought out. Our food came out fast and the server was attentive. From what I could tell… any wrinkles in getting the hub up and running again have been ironed out. The place is really nice and a great value to our community.

I have never been to better restaurant in Heber city. The best service, super great atmosphere. Don’t get me started on the food. I basically ordered the whole menu and man was that food amazing. Quick service tasty ribeye, would highly recommend anyone to come here. I’m definitely coming back! Thank you guys

We were extremely happy with our service and meal tonight at The Hub. The revamped Hub is beautiful and still pays homage to the OG Hub menu and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I’m not a fan of American food, but my wife is an all American girl who loves meat and potatoes. Well I got the Chicken thighs and wow it was so flavorful. The waitress was nice and sweet, I will say I was pleasantly surprised. We opted for desert and the cheesecake seemed like it was double the regular size for $7. The remodel is nice, if you see some old reviews come and give it a try now it’s really good

I had lunch at the hub with a big group yesterday, I hadn’t been to there in probably 10 years. It’s new and improved, the staff was SO SO nice and accommodating to my 2 little kids who wreaked havoc while we were there. They went above and beyond to help us and give us a good experience. It took a while for our food to come out, which wasn’t surprising with our larger group at lunch time, but it was delicious when we got it. I had a Cobb salad and it was the best one I’d ever had, and sweet potato fries I shared with other people were SO good. I was impressed!
