Worked with Jeri Patrick’s team to purchase my first home! Kailee and Jeri were so helpful and did an amazing job! Anyone who is trying to purchase a home would be lucky to have this team! Recently my family and I had the pleasure of working with realtor Kailee Elmore of the Jeri Patrick team at Keller Williams in Savannah, Georgia. We were moving our family from New Jersey to Guyton, Georgia and it was a very involved and challenging process. But Kailee took care of us like we were family paying attention to every detail and answering all our questions, many times before we could even ask them. And her work and concern for us did not end after our closing. After we had moved into our new house there were still a few issues that we had and Kailee took care of them for us quickly and professionally. Jeri was phenomenal! Her assistant Kailee was great as well and always kept us in the loop about what was going on, what needed reviewed or signed, and was always warm-hearted. Jeri worked with my ex-husband and I in a difficult situation and was always there to talk with and help sort through the house selling process. I highly recommend anyone to use her team for buying or selling a home. She is very knowledgeable and has been in the real estate business a long time. She knows every lender and will do everything possible to sell your house or get you house of your dreams!

Jeri Patrick and her team were phenomenal to work with. I purchased my first home with Jeri back in 2006. I just recently sold that house with Jeri again in 2022. Her team kept me informed as I was selling my home from out of state, and I never had to worry about anything. I began searching for my new home twice this year. Both times I was excited to be working with a team that cared about my success as much as I did. I knew I made the right choice when Kailee was honest about whether a house seemed like it was for us or not. We were not just another sale to her. She took the time to hand select houses for us each week based on the details we loved the week before. We wanted a bonus room, lots of windows, and a big backyard. Something new each week. Because of her dedication, we closed yesterday on the perfect home with everything we asked for! Communication came easily throughout this process so I was never left wondering what was going on behind-the-scenes. This team worked around the clock to get us to closing in under two weeks! If I decide to sell in the future, my first call will be to the Jeri Patrick team!

Hi my name is Misty Dawn, I had the best experience working with Jeri and her team. Kaylee was always available, even answered the phone when she was clearly sick and should have been resting. They helped me walk through the process step by step, offered suggestions of how to help get the house under contract that I initiated and proved to sell my house faster. My home went on the market June 15th and we closed July 27th. And as much as I enjoyed working with them, they enjoyed working with me too. My advice to anyone selling a home, come in it as knowledgeable as you can, have an open mind, and be willing to learn, adjust and listen!!

Every team member was phenomenal! Shout out to Kailee who was always there to help us! Jeri Patrick gave us the best advice, and listened to our needs and concerns every step of the way. You want a skilled professional when its your home! We are only giving 5 stars because it won't let us give them 6! BTW, we were under contract within 3 days with backup offers. Jeri stood by me the entire way. My home purchase was anything but ordinary. Not only did it happen during the peak of COVID, it also happened when builders were increasing their prices by double digits, almost on a weekly basis.
