David was/is very knowledgeable of the Savannah area! I liked his laid back approach, he never pushed me and was always available to answer questions and to take me to wherever I had wanted to go. I truly believe in divine intervention after David Saba was the “seemingly random” realtor that I became engaged with during my initial online Savannah real estate search back in July of 2023. After David sent me a number of listings from all over Savannah, including his online walk-through videos of new construction, he picked me up at the airport, treated me to lunch, showed me over 30 homes in two days, chauffeured me to and from my hotel, walked me through every step of the contract, inspection, walk-through, closing and has supported any post-move in concern I’ve had!! He is Heaven sent!!
