YouFit Gyms

I've been to a lot of YouFits. From what I've seen, a lot of the standard varies within gyms. I came here for the first time today, and on top of the fact that most of if not all the equipment I found was actually maintained and operational, and the space was clean, the gentleman who goes by Wit helped me solve a technical issue I had been having for months. I had even gone as far as talking to support for it. Well, I walk in and this man fixes it in less than a minute. Which, to me, implies he knows the system very well. On top of that, his attitude, along with his fellow employees was an exemplary display of good customer service that should serve as a template for other YouFits around the area. Give that man a promotion 🗣📢

Great gym for beginners looking for personal trainers. They are awesome and very good at what they do. I have been to a lot of gyms here in Miami and the trainers here are exceptional. One of the newer trainers have been very helpful and continuously go over and beyond to show and help me. I love the new training staff and couldn't ask for a better group of dedicated guys.

I love this gym!! I recently joined this gym and since the first day I’ve been receiving nothing but top quality service; the front desk gave me amazing customer service and will not hesitate to help us with everything that we need. I honestly recommend this gym and if it’s your first time there you MUST try out one of their HIIT+ classes in the morning. The gym looks nice, smells nice, it’s very clean and they just got all these new machines.

I recently joined this gym after I saw my friend post it on Insta. I'm loving it so far! The staff is super friendly, very attentive and I always see them cleaning. The facility looks really nice and smells good too! Overall, I'm very happy with the change and look forward to making it my new home gym.

This gym is honestly really amazing. It's clean, smells nice, and top tier customer service. The personal trainers here will actually motivate you and help you reach your goals which is what I'm most thankful for. 10/10 definitely recommend

I recently joined this gym and it’s absolutely amazing! I love everything about it; its so clean, it smells amazing, the people in the front are absolutely amazing and they are more than happy to work with any inconvenience we may have. Honestly anyone who say’s anything different is just a hater and they are probably the problem. This gym is the creme de la creme and I will definitely be referring my friends here!! 10/10 Most def recommend!

I had a billing question/ challenge. I sent a message via Messenger app on Saturday
expecting a reply on Monday. When I woke up Sunday they had already replied and accommodated my request. In the next morning when I applied thank you they were replying instantly and it was a human not a bot. Excellent customer service

So this gym is pretty small and has very little equipment but I always have a pretty good workout here. I usually go here at 5 am on weekdays and the gym is always so clean and racks have always been re-racked each time I've gone. Gym members are also very good at wiping down equipment as well. All in all its a pretty good place to workout and burn some energy!

Great gym and new equipments finally!!!!! The staff is phenomenal, every since Carry and Nerly been managing this location i have seen a lot of improvements. I have been at this location for a little over 3 yrs and currently i love the new changes. Overall this location has gotta be the best Youfit.

This youfit location is my favorite. I recently moved to the area and when I went in to sign up I felt so welcomed. The girl with pretty curly black hair and the boy with twists are my two personal favorite. They make me laugh every time I go in there without fail. The customer service they have is amazing and I know that I can go to them whenever I need help or have a question. I’ve also tried out the Zumba class that they have to offer because it comes with the membership and it was amazing, i hate cardio but that honestly is the perfect way to get cardio in. All in all the gym is clean, I always see front desk workers cleaning it, it also smells nice and the other day I saw them bringing in new machines that i’m so excited to use. I honestly recommend this location!!!

Just started going to this gym to get back in shape, and I was anxious at first because of some bad experiences I've had in the past at other gyms, but recently I have been loving it! It is completely thanks to the staff at this location. Everyone has been helped me feel comfortable and welcome, and management (particularly Matt), was very kind and accommodating. :)

It's a good gym. Some of the guys though need to practice better personal hygiene because they smell like vinegar and vomit.

It's a cheap gym so you already know what's happening.
1. People hoarding 4 different sets of dumbbells.
2. People aren't re racking their weights.

The good thing about this gym is that the stretching area is dope. It has what you need. Also, it's not too packed & the general atmosphere is neutral, which I like. I don't talk to people. Matter fact I don't fkn like people and I appreciate that people don't actively come up to you and bother you like they do at some other gyms. It's judgement free, no weird douchey clicks that you'd see at some of the other places. I like it. This'll be my resident gym.

The new management team at this location has been going above and beyond to make my experience great every time I step into the gym. The manager, Matt, along with the entire staff always welcome me, give assistance when needed, and ensure that I have a facility that is clean, has properly functioning equipment, and a friendly environment. Keep up the stellar work! I'm telling everyone I know that YouFit Miami is the place to go!

I signed to this gym because is very easy to access and it has everything ai needed for workout, stretching, various classes and guidance from experts. Membership is very affordable for what you get.
Nerlande at the front desk and the manager Matt assisted me, and all the members, to make everything easy and comfortable.

Exceptional Gym really Good Equipment, And Personal training is Very Professional and Very Helpful!

About a month at go Youfit started asking their members to bring in towels which I think is a good thing. But I noticed that lots of people don’t even use when they working out. This a good gym. People just need to follow the rules and put the equipment back when they finish using them.

I have been going to this club for 2 years now. I have never had a bad experience here. It may have a high influx of people coming in during its peak time during the evening but the staff has always been accommodating. The director of this location Fed, is someone who is knowledgeable in the field and always treats you with respect. When I did my initial assessment, he took the time to get to know my personal and individual needs and goals in order to better assist me with where I wanted to be with my fitness goals. Everyone has had a friendly smile and warming attitude. I would recommend this location.

This gym has completely done a 180 it has changed so much from how clean it is, to the employees, and management. I haven’t been this happy in a gym in a long time I absolutely love the new energy!
