Publix Super Market at Miami Shores

Exceptional customer service is evident, particularly at the deli counter where they skillfully slice cold cuts. However, they could benefit from additional assistance, as long lines often form for sandwiches. Despite occasional issues with bread availability, I continue to frequent the establishment due to their consistently outstanding customer service.

It’s a great pleasure to write a review for two of the most dedicated and delightful associates people I’ve met who is passionate about customer service and their who really cares about the people who come to shop at their store Publix 9050 Ms.Lakeria and Ms.Renise ,they made my day with their smile and willingness to serve what a great asset to Publix keep up the great work ladies.

Publix always delivers!! I got cupcakes for a kids party. Specifically decorated Barbie theme and Racing car theme. Unfortunately the cups cakes were ruined when I accidentally drop them tripping over an uneven pavement. I went back to Publix to see if I can get those same decorated cupcakes at 8 pm and Daphenie Jules was a sweetheart!! Not only was she understanding of my dilemma, she immediately started making preparations to decorate 12 cupcakes for me. I can’t thank her enough for making a bad situation better. Note: she was the only one working in the bakery at that time and a few people needed her help. She was very patient with each customer.

Super clean and great selection. Has a Starbucks on the inside as well. The workers are very happy and attentive keep up the great work !

Nice clean always stocked of everything you need. Just wish there was a better selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Everything is seedless. Why not seeded as they most items should come.

Love there self check out. You get in and out! There shelves are always fully restocked. The workers are very nice and friendly

Came here today as I always do on Mondays and I must say this is the best Publix by far. The workers are always happy and ready to answer me questions and assist with anything I need! Shout out to the deli department y’all are the best! Then as I was checking out the manager called for staff and management to grab carts for the customers and the way staff and management all came together and went outside and grabbed the carts together and brought them in! The team work was definitely beautiful to see! Great job guys

After traveling to 2 other Pulbix, this location had those Cotton Candy Grapes 🍇 that I've been looking for. I got the Last bag, and boy I wasn't disappointed😋
Now I'm on the look for more🧐👀 Cause these don't stand a chance in my house. Kids are in Love🍇😋
