Ordered from them and got a torn item. I contacted them as soon as I opened the package stating that the item was torn in 2 places and sending pictures. I asked for a new jumpsuit and they responded the next day saying they would send it and keep me posted. Since they didn't immediately send a new one, I requested a refund and return label to send back the jumpsuit instead because I had an event I needed the outfit for. All of this was in early December and these people have still not given me a refund. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company and I will never purchase from them again. I filed a claim with the Bbb and will tell all my friends about how they stole my $58.50.

If zero star was an option that would be given instead of one!! My experience was a long process and very overwhelming!! Through it all I became frustrated with the lack of customer service skills and empath. To give you tips from my experience please do not order from online store. The website is not up to date! You will place an order, pay for items then get called after the fact saying the items are no longer available. This would be ok if you get your money back right? Wrong.. You only get a partial refund as if the mistake was your fault! You call and email to no avail. The worst part is they don't even care about your feelings or the money you're losing. I would NEVER support this business again . If you want a nice boutique with quality stuff and great customer service skills check out Posh by V. I give her business 5 stars.
