This is hands down the best beauty supply store franchise. The staff is incredible and very willing to go above and beyond for all their customers. Further, the quality of the service is amazing across all their store locations. I'm moving out of FL and i'm so sad that I won't be able to make purchases in person. My experience with this has been business is so wonderful that I plan to continue supporting by shopping online for beauty products with them exclusively.

Though the store didn't have the hair I was looking for Ash provided caring customer service over the phone!
