What started off as a Meal Plan to order for my husband and I when I get home from work late, became a family thing for the last 2 years! We could not be happier! I have never stayed with any Meal Service Delivery for longer than 2 weeks! The food is great and clean with macros provided!

The quality of the food is very high . Extremely fresh preparation, you get new meals every 2 days . Miami is a great city to eat out in restaurants but also super hard to eat healthy. I found this to be the perfect solution . I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay fit or get fit !!

Athletics fit it's amazing. You can either choose from the plan or just customize the entire order for your needs. Food is fresh, tastes amazing and so far it's the best food prep delivery i have ever tried in south Florida. It can be a bit expensive if you order 3 meals a day but considering today's prices in the grocery store is just convenient. All their food can be done in microwave or oven and it's just extraordinary. The menu, the seasoning on everything is just perfect. Even their flank steak is delicious. Food is delivered almost everyday to you from the beginning on Sunday on so it can be as fresh as possible and never frozen. At least try it, and see if it works for your budget. Rest assured meals , breakfast and dinners are truly delicious. I advice to reach out to Kim, she is the best sales manager and will help you with everything you need. Very honest and kind customer service. Over the top! Oh please try their cottage cheese pie if they ever have it and try their sweet potatoes, those are ultra delicious.

These meals are amazing! They have a bunch of different plans to chose from. They deliver a few days a week so they're always fresh and it's very convenient. You can edit the menu as well to get the meals you like best which I love. The team at AthleticsFit is great, they're super helpful and responsive! Lana is the best!

Food was amazing! The delivery service was prompt, on time, and the food was always fresh and of the highest quality. They are accommodating to allergies of all kinds, and offer a variety of substitutions for meals throughout the week to design a meal plan that’s right for you. While I only used this service for a short while, it helped motivate me to start cooking for myself again, and start getting back in shape. This is honestly the best meal delivery service around. Their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a good experience; Lana is always so helpful and nice. The meals themselves are DELICIOUS, especially the breakfasts. They are creative meals and I don't think I have eaten anything twice after having this plan for over a month. I had been looking into a meal plan service for quite awhile when I ran across AthleticsFit.

I work a rotating shift and one of those rotations is 7 days of nights (64 hour work week). The last thing I want to think about is food.

I considered other meal plan services but all of them wanted me to sign up for a subscription. I just needed meals for the night portion of my work rotation.

I reached out to AthleticsFit with my needs and Kim was more than willing to work with me. Before each of night shifts Kim will text me and see if I need meals. Talk about customer service.

The meals are tasty (the chicken marsala, chefs kiss!!!!!) Each week there is a variety of meals to choose from. My favorite thing is the option to swap meals if the menu isn’t to your liking.

I also love that the macronutrients are printed on the label of each meal. I’ve been trying to prioritize my protein intake and it’s a godsend not having to guess. I can look right at the label and know.
