I couldn’t wait for the opportunity to write a review about this company. I had my first accident in my entire life. It wasn’t that major but I wasn’t sure where to go and I was concerned about making sure my beautiful vehicle was fixed right the first time. Boy was I lucky to find Delray, collision and Chris, the manager plus all of his employees were extremely courteous and helpful. My vehicle was ready two days before they promised it and there was nothing else to do. In fact, it was all detailed and polished never looked better. I highly recommend this company as they know what they’re doing there very satisfied.

Great all around experience! Lane Silk was super friendly when I walked in and needed an estimate after my new car was hit. She promptly put together an estimate and sent it to the other insurance company for approval(within an hour not days!) . She went above and beyond to call and arranged for a rental to come pick me up. She kept me updated regularly as to the status of my repairs and felt directly with the insurance company for any other work that needed to be done. It was great to know my vehicle and I were in good hands! This is the level of service all shops should provide to customers. The techs working on my car sanitized the entire car before returning it and it came back cleaner than when I bought the car! And the work was PERFECT. I Will definitely return here (hopefully not too soon)

First thing I like to say is.. I am a car fanatic I love cars. I had a incident where someone rammed the bottom right end of my car in one of the worst spots you can imagine. Back right door and wheel well... I was referred to this place by a dear friend of mine who is also a car fanatic.... I first talked to Lane..she was very courteous very professional she also kept on calling me to keep me informed on what's going on... Excellent customer service skills in my opinion.. After picking my car up this morning I couldn't believe what I saw their work was flawless.. if you guys ever have your car worked on go to this place and ask for Andrew.. he did a fantastic job... The paint job was smooth as a mirror.. Thank you guys.

My car was two days old when I got into an accident. The manufacturer said that several of the parts were not available yet. But Jonathan one of the service managers at Delray Collision, relentlessly pursued them until he succeeded.
I am so thankful that this new car has now been professionally repaired and looks new again.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

They were fast, friendly and efficient. Lane Silk was the person who assisted me she was amazing, she helped me remove my children’s car seats from my damaged Mercedes Benz and installed them into my other car. Lane also updated me on the status of my vehicle while it was in the shop she followed up letting me know when my car would be ready for pick up. when I picked up my vehicle it was completely repaired, washed/detailed looked brand new again. I worked with Lane Silk and she was beyond helpful and kind. She updated me on the progress of my car and when I got it back she gave me all the instructions on what to do if I felt something wasn’t right. The car was nice and clean when I got it and I was very satisfied with the entire process. Lane was great and made me feel very comfortable. If I need work again I will definitely be coming back to work with her.

I had the best experience with Lane Silk at Collision center of Delray. I brought my car in after I hit a curb really hard and I had suspension issues. She gave me her personal cell number so that I could reach her at anytime day or night as well as weekends for updates on the status of the car. She got my car done in a timely fashion and saved me money. She also is very knowledgeable about cars and was quick to answer all questions that I had immediately through text. Not to mention she is a sweetheart and treated me with such kindness. I have had my car worked on 2 times at collision center of Delray and I will never go anywhere else as they work with my insurance in network (Progressive). Thank you Lane!!!

Most AMAZING customer service and fair prices!!!!! The quality of work is FANTASTIC!!!! I had an accident and Progressive sent me here and I'm so happy they did! Lane is amazing and even though I had issues with Progressive (which were resolved), Lane understood and even helped with info and was on top of everything the entire time. Not only was everything fixed, but faster than anticipated. They offer warranties on their work and stand by it. I just had a small clip that fell out during install and had to bring it back and they fixed with no issue and in minutes. The service that Lane and the Collision Center offered was so incredible that I've brought others and been back myself for a small dent. Once again, just coming back for that dent Lane provided the same amazing service! Not only does she provide amazing service, the whole team does!!! Dennis and Shayam have both assisted me on occasion, as well, and are also great!!!! A huge thank you to Lane and everyone at the collision center for making bad experiences a good one!!!!

Lane in the collision department was excellent and a pleasure to work with. They have helped us with body work on a couple of occasions and they do an outstanding job. The car looks brand new, the car was fixed perfect-in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. AJ in the service department handles all of our service needs and has always been excellent, timely and fair. They never try to do things on the car that are not necessary. I would recommend them to anybody.

Lane was exceptionally welcoming when I first walked in. Getting repairs was a new experience and the feeling of being nervous immediately was lifted as she ensured the best and most outstanding service. Lane took time out to explain the repair process and continued to stay in communication through the process. When I received my car- it looked better then I remember driving it off the lot. To the staff and team at this place of business- I appreciate all the work. I can tell it’s more then a job. This place takes time and pride in that they do. Raising the standard.

I had some work done on my truck and the first person I met was Lane. She was super helpful, great energy and knew a surprising amount about body repair and paint. She helped expedite my quote, schedule service and make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Since then, I’ve had to stop by service at different times and she always remembered my name and my truck. I needed some touch up paint which parts couldn’t source. She jumped on it and had a small batch made for me within 10 minutes! Really appreciate her knowledge, thoughtfulness and energy. Keep up the great work!

Our experience with this company was great! Lane Silk was great! She has all of our paperwork ready and I just had to sign and leave the keys. The repairs to my car was immaculate! The paint match was done correctly and in a timely manner.

Had an amazing experience here. They fixed my honda in less time than they stated and their two weeks was already a fast turnaround time. The collision experience manager Lane is very nice and really follows up with you on everything so you have peace of mind. The car was fixed fully and flawlessly 2 days ahead of schedule and everything looks brand new again. Fantastic service would highly recommend to anyone who needs their car patched up.

Living here in South Florida has been an experience, especially with the drivers. I drive commercially for a living and see accidents all the time. Most accidents are rear end Collisions and my time finally came when a driver wasnt paying attention and rear ended my vehicle. So from the start Lane Silk has been a fabulous liaison from start to finish with all involve . Lane handled the Rental vehicle, kept me updated all through the process in a quick and timely manner. I never needed to call Lane to find out the status at anytime. Quality of the work is wonderful but Lane was the real star with the way she handles all aspects. I highly recommend using Delray Collision and especially ask for Lane to be the Service representative.

Awesome experience with this company! Lane helped my sister with my claim and repair while I was out of town. Not only was my repair completed early, it looks better than new.
