Publix Super Market at Gateway Crossing

This is my local neighborhood Publix. I love this place I visit here very often I've never been disappointed they've always been the best at customer service and cleanliness. They have a lifetime customer here.

What can I say. Publix is Publix. Well trained and helpful employees, well stocked and tidy shelves. I've even started straightening shelves I mess up. My only complaint is sometimes customer service counter act as though they are doing you a favor when returning something. I wouldn't say anything but it has happened at different stores and more than once. I was once told checkout cashier would take it back. Minor in light of all the positives.

The parking lot music is such a nice touch, lol. I made a trip at 8pm, when things were quiet and the music was loud and clear. I've never heard such. Nice.

Always great service here. Good selection, although just like with every other Publix prices are going to be steep. Good florist and great bakery.

I love the place because right now I'm learning English and i didn't know how to command some tenders, the guy who was in service was very nice to me and help me with my command. The lady at the cashier was very nice too. Definitely, i will go again.

It's really clean in this store. They have a salad bar and the deli serves soul food like ribs, fried shrimp, greens, Mac and cheese. So it's the best of both worlds. They seem to stock more items and staff are friendly. Lots of parking spaces. This is my favourite of all the ones I frequent!

This Publix is located near us. We like coming here because it is always clean and usually has everything we are looking for. It has great produce, cakes & desserts, frozen foods, and don't forget to pick up some of Publix's own brand of Ice Tea and Lemonade. You will not be disappointed. I also have to acknowledge the friendly customer service from everyone who works here. Come on by and shop here.😊

I had to come write a review about this wonderful location! Let me start off by saying my family and I always come to this Publix and are always satisfied! Great customer service, great products and welcoming atmosphere! But yesterday put the icing on the cake! My 4 year old son left his iPhone (only used to play games) in his favorite shopping cart shaped like a race car. lol My husband and I received a phone call along with a voicemail from Rickey that he had left it at the store and they would have it at customer service. The best part is they charged the phone because it was dead and found our phone number in the phone. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to get this phone back to us! We are so grateful and overjoyed that the time and initiative was taken to get the phone to the rightful owners…. This kind of humanity is lacking in the world and we appreciate Rickey and the other representative(I forgot their name) sorry, that found the phone. But Thank you again Publix!

This store has a great staff from Roger to the awesome dude Henry that started 2 days ago and made the best pub sub I have ever had. He was being trained by Jess who allowed him to create his own “masterpiece” and encouraged him while she was picking up the slack and making subs herself. I have been coming here for 20 years and the staff makes shopping an honest pleasure.

Busy location but Publix is still Publix. Great quality and people. I was a little disappointed that they did not have fruit trays, only had fruit bowl but whatever. Great quality just pricey like Publix has always been

Parking lot was a madhouse and everybody was driving like butt holes but the store itself had good selection and Antonio in the deli was super nice and respectful person and was really attentive when it came to making my sandwich which was greatly appreciated.

Good supermarket always clean, organized with great selection of products, as well as deli, bakery, and cafeteria when you can get items like sandwiches or hot food to lunch, or dinner. They also have a really nice parking lot with plenty of parking space in a mini shopping center with other stores next to it like, Jimmy John's, ups, antonyms pizza, hair salon and few others. The associates are always willing to help and are available to assist you with any questions that you may have. The supermarket also has a pharmacy, which makes it so convenient to stop there and shop because you can do multiple things in one stop. The hot food (like the rotisserie chicken and sandwiches) is always good, and the cakes on the bakery are a nice option to buy with good flavors and nice designs. They even have a flower section on the supermarket with fresh flowers to buy. For me, this supermarket is a nice place to stop and buy, although it's a little pricey, but if you dont mind paying a little more for the items, it's worth it, for the service, the convenience and the nice selection of products that they offer. They have as well several promotion during the month being the most popular the Bogos (buy one get one free item) with its really nice. I recommend this supermarket if you like to buy nice items in an organized and clean place and if don't mind to pay a little more for those items.

Always friendly staff, clean store & bathrooms, fresh produce. Self check out is cool with helpful staff nearby for assistance.

This is a food size Publix and now that they have added the self check out if you are on a run it makes the check out process faster. Let's not forget the staff they are always helpful, nice and professional

Marty in the Deli section is exceptional! Marty is kind, patient, and provides an excellent customer service. Thank you for the best spinach wrap ever.

One Of the best grocery stores, as always. Neat and clean. All the staff is organized reasonably—cooperative and friendly staff. All the old age staff is supporting and provide good service. The veggies section is clean and neat. Fresh and quality stuff for meat, fruits, and dairy items. Clean restroom and ample space for parking.

Very good. No problem finding the items I needed and dud catch a sale on Sumply lemon/raspberry lemonade.

This is a fairly new Publix and it's oh so nice. Go to the deli and try the broccoli salad on the salad bar. Phenomenal!!!!!!
Then try the Publix tavern ham at the deli counter. Follow me for more reviews about good eats!!!!! You'll be glad you did.....

I must say I’ve learned a lot about Publix this Thanksgiving season and I see why they are continuous loved. I have 5 transactions I’ve 25.00 from this previous week alone. That says a lot. I’m rocking with them.
