The Cheesecake Factory

Our family favourite restaurant! Delicious food, huge selection of dishes to choose from, and good size portions. You know you’ll always have a great meal! Great location and a bustling atmosphere inside. We love the warm bread they serve to start with. I chose the Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya Pasta, and my wife chose the fish taco…both so good and can recommend!!

As always, superb food and service. Server Grace was exceptional. Portion of my Chicken Marsala was bigger than expected and I loved it. Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake is our absolute favorite and we've tried almost all of them. Wait time can be long on occasion, but arriving just before noon on a Saturday got my party of four seated within only one or two minutes.

As always, Cheesecake doesn't disappoint with its food, service, and ambiance.

Chicken Pot Sticker - 10/10
Impressive taste of soy sauce paired with delicate dumplings.
Skinny Penne Chicken Pasta - 10/10
Skinny Turkey Burger - 10/10
I was pleasantly surprised that a turkey burger could taste this good.

And, as tradition goes, you must end your dining experience at Cheesecake with, well, cheesecake. We chose the Class Basque Cheesecake, and it deserves an 11/10 rating.

The cheesecake was exceptionally creamy, soft, and moist. You absolutely must try it.

Overall, the service was excellent.

Food portions are massive! I had the fresh grilled salmon and it came with mashed potatoes and a whole head of broccoli!
The food was delicious though - would definitely recommend a visit.
I cannot comment on the cheesecake as we had to get ours to go as we were so stuffed, and I haven't tasted it yet.
Staff were friendly and attentive.
We visited on a Tuesday evening and did not book in advance, but were seated straight away (party of 2)

Fun place for a family or friends dinner. The wait is not terribly bad for as busy as it gets at the mall. Staff was kind and food came out fairly quickly. Great place to eat when you are at the mall. However, if you're not at the mall already, avoid the traffic by eating elsewhere.

Wait time can be super lengthy, but the food and the service was worth it. I had an amazing server who was very attentive to my needs and careful with me because of my allergies. He was amazing! I want to call and give him an amazing review. The food was spectacular, I'm so in love.

How can anyone not LOVE THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY for any time of day, lunch or dinner. The service was quick, professional and friendly. The food needs no explanation, taste, quantity and quality all what we would like to experience at every restaurant we visit. Obviously we were happy!

Awesome! Food was so delicious! Our server was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the menu. Very big meals so be prepared for it 😄. Had the Fish and Chips, Bacon Bacon Cheese burger and Oreo cheesecake 🤍 btw the crab balls 🤤🤤🤤

Excellent place for a quality meal not too expensive but definitely want to make sure you account for most meals over $20 but well worth the experience and won't disappoint
Had the chicken marsala with bowtie pasta and our waiter brought extra parmesan. Great place to share a meal with family, friends, or a loved one.

My daughters and I came into this location on a very busy Saturday night. We waited about 50 minutes for our table. After we were seated a young man by the name of Mason greeted us. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to guide us around the menu. My daughter has celiacs disease, and he was able to us place an order to accommodate her gluten-free diet. As I said earlier, it was extremely busy, and I could see my server helping in other sections and struggling to keep up with his own. The manager came up to our table apologizing for the food taking so long. We asked the manager to get us the drink refills that we had been waiting for, and he quickly returned with fresh drinks and our food. The food was delicious. The manager insisted on giving us our desert for the food taking so long. That too was very yummy. I felt bad for our server. All 3 of us at our table have been servers and understand how busy restaurants can get and how flustering and confusing a mad rush of people can be. I still give you 5 stars because of the manager seeing this too and picked up on him struggling. Mason you did a great job and Mr Manager.....keep being an amazing supportive manager. Your customers and employees will appreciate your hospitality and comforting atmosphere for years to come.

Went to the bar for a casual dinner by myself, and Carly, the bartender, was absolutely delightful! She was cheerful and positive, even though the bar was busy. I asked for recommendations and she recommended the beef medallions, which was absolutely spot on! Glad that I chose Cheesecake Factory today, service was phenomenal!

Only staying in Orlando for 10 days but even so... Within that time I was to make sure of one thing and that was a visit to Cheesecake Factory. So I will start with my single only criticism... That was it being a bit too dimly lit. Now the good? Everything! The food was excellent, the price is what you expect from a place with such high quality food and our server Paola provided the best service I have ever received in a restaurant in my 35 years alive. Refilling when we didn't even know we needed one, a drink of water while we waited for a cocktail, giving us the bill without the need to ask and have to get up to find someone and on top of that having a bit of a laugh that in America custard doesn't exist... She was just the nicest server I've ever had... Couldnt recommend this place enough!

Food was great. Inside looks great, certainly not like how big Bang Theory portrays it.
Staff were very busy, possibly short staffed so the food coming out took a while.

The weather was nice yesterday, so we ate at the terrace. The weather was nice, and the avocado egg roll was so delicious!

One of my favourite places to eat, offering a vast menu of varied & interesting dishes. It's famous for its selection of cheesecakes & they are amazing! They also offer lunchtime options for a number of meals - slightly smaller portions & lower prices. Miso salmon is a particular favourite. Because the mains are so generous I usually skip the appetizer in the optimistic hope of having space for a cheesecake!! Mind you, you can buy the cheesecake as take out.

Godiva x Cheesecake Factory - Can't go wrong!

The Cheesecake Factory definitely lives up to their reputation for having great dessert options.

Went to the Millenia mall location, where the staff are very friendly! They were constantly checking to see how they could help and if there were any suggestions they could provide that would help us with our decisions.

This Godiva cake was so delicious, we had high standards due to all the great things we've heard but even still, our expectations were exceeded! Absolutely mouth watering!

I look forward to going back even for just another slice !

The wait is long but if you do have the time to wait, it’s worth it. The food came out hot and fresh. It was delicious to my taste buds ( of course everyone tastes buds are different) Worth giving it a try. I hope y’all enjoy it as much as I did.

My family just loves going to the Cheesecake Factory. They have an extensive menu that has something for everyone. They have a full bar. There is also a bakery with lots of desserts. The atmosphere and the service are both great. Every time we go, we get the same great service and the food is cooked to perfection. If you haven’t been, it is definitely worth trying.

OMG bartender was absolutely amazing and drink was so strong and good! Updated Review 10/17/23 Drinks and omelette was absolutely amazing bartender was amazing!

The spinach and artichoke dip is soooo good, definitely recommend it. It's a pricier place though, I'd come back for a nice date or small celebration.
