I love doing my pickups at this Macy's Millenia location. I always receive great customer service here. At my last pickup visit, I was so impressed with Christopher's customer service. He was very helpful, courteous and kind. I needed to refund and re-purchase my items using a gift card and Christopher did the transaction so quickly and effortlessly. I was VERY impressed with this young man's demeanor and courteousness. Thank you Christopher.

I love coming to this Macy's. They have an excellent fine jewelry section especially the watches. Definitely try to work with Jeffrey in that department, he helped me select a good watch and had a great conversation with him. He was very kind and shared good knowledge about watches.

This is a late review. We were helped by Louis Ike in November of 2023 in the men's department. He was so wonderful giving us one on one attention with buying a suit for my husband. He gave encouraging and honest advice on the best fit and we were very grateful. Louis was incredibly inspiring and had a very fulfilling impressive career in engineering and noted how happy he was to help people in this venue currently. We really appreciated the help, support and inspiration.

I needed a formal black dinner jacket and pants for a formal event so punched it in the internet and found Macys which I have not shopped at in years.

Lots of folks of all shapes and colors all getting along well. I have not bought a suit or formal wear in over 35 years. A nice clerk pointed out the clothing that was on sale and in checking most of the clothing found one that fit perfectly plus a bow tie at a reasonable price. The fitting rooms could use some rehanging of clothes but other than that a clean store with lots of selection.

Love this large Macys everything is laid out very well and easy to access. Always clean and organized even during the holiday time. Kids section could have more variety but over all I enjoy this Macy’s over others.

We went just before black Friday,but there were amazing bargains. Tommy hilfiger briefs and an outfit for our granddaughter were among our haul. Worth visiting if you are here.

I Had an amazing experience at this location thanks to Nicole at the Chanel counter. She gave amazing customer service and she has incredible product knowledge. The sweetest person ever! Ask for Nicole if you ever go here!

We really enjoyed shopping at Macy’s Mall at Millenia. Such a great product selection and promotional price reductions. We found all staff to be really helpful and in particular would like to commend Cristofer. This young gentleman is efficient, professional and a credit to the Macy’s brand.

Huge shout out to Adrian, Louis, and Gisella!! I was in a crunch for time to find an entire suit, pants, shirt, tie and these individuals jump in and really showed what customer service is really about! I thank you guys very much and will definitely return again!!

I had one hour before closing time to find a jacket, slacks, and shirt for a funeral the next morning. It wasn't looking good: I'm not easy to fit, the clothes had to be within my modest budget, I wasn't finding much, and the two salesmen were quite busy. Somehow one of them broke away, and in 20 minutes I had what I needed. I wish I remembered his name, 'cause I'd praise him to the skies.

Visited here while on holiday. Love Macys there christmas decorations are lovely and we mainly visit to buy clothing for my granddaughter back home in the Uk. Clothing such better quality. Picked up a couple of clothing items for myself and fiance in the black Friday sales.

Great Macy's location with friendly and helpful staff. There is a wide selection of clothes, jewelry, shoes, housewares and more. They do an excellent job keeping the store clean and organized.

I found my wedding dress here at a better deal than anywhere else! Everything about this store was wonderful.

What to say about Macy's at the Mall at Millennia?

Great department store that's always clean and has friendly staff. This store is special because it has a Sunglass Hut, a Lenscrafters with an optique and a Starbucks coffee inside so it makes it convenient to shop around with your coffee and while waiting your turn at the eye doctor.
There are 3 stories and bathrooms are inside on the second floor.

Shire was fantastic to deal with. She made sure and gave me a great deal on some bed linens and it was a nice in and out experience. Took no time whatsoever. Wonderful!

This was a huge Macy's! I loved it, i finally found a Valentino gift set after looking at every other store in the mall. I also signed up for a credit card and got approved! The sales lady i checked out with was nice but honestly the worst thing about the visit was how rude some of the salespeople seem. Like they have anything better to do to ask them to do their job since we can't touch the testers because of covid (which i understand) but they seem to get mad if you don't buy from them instead of another counter...

Good atmosphere, nice staff. If you go into the Toys R Us sections, you can find a "hidden" hallway. This leads to bathrooms and if you keep walking down the hallway you can find old Macy's phones. You can use these phones to call anyone you want with the Macy's phone number.

Great place for mens furnishings. Wonderful sales and service.
Picked up a new suit and the sales lady helped me with selection and fitting. Very happy to get a suit and not have to send it off for fitting.
