Miller's Hardware - Casselberry

I came into Millers Hardware in Casselberry . I had a dilemma. The bolts in the granite had sunk lower than my tool could grab. The manager and another sales dilemma helped me get the bolts off , put washers on the bottom and realigned the screws on the bolts!
They are always fantastic and nothing seems to be a problem!

Miller's is a great asset to the area. They almost always have what I need for home repairs projects. Quick in and out allows me to maximize my time.

The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. On several occasions, Neil has patiently helped me figure out what I needed for my project, for which I was clueless.

Drew is a relatively new employee. The way he greeted me when I walked in the door and his eagerness to help indicated he's a great addition to the business.

His care for people and his eagerness to learn will take him far. He impressed me as very intelligent and insightful.

Walk in with household issues and walk out with solutions. Today was how to hang up my Ryobi organizer on the metal pegboard.

Always friendly service that go out of the way to sell you what you need and explain how to install it. They even show me how to open up the hook to better catch on the wall unit

Been there a few times to get more specialized products that the Home Improvement stores don't carry. Great service for a staff that really care about their costumers. Very fair pricing as well and they ask if you're in their rewards program and sign you up during checkout to help you save money. Will definitely be going back for more 👍

Excellent service and a great selection at competitive prices and you don't have to walk around for 5miles to get what you need, you can just go in and get out quick, if you need, and in many cases you'll be back home and working on your project before you would even get to the giant hardware store. They also have some cool stuff the giant stores do not have. So, if you need something quick, or just want to look around, you'll definitely find something you need, or want, or you can just go ask questions, as these folks are great.

I was very impressed with the customer service there. An employee helped me find the item I needed and helped me modify it to fit the part I brought in. He also helped me with a screw I couldn't get out of the part. I was very appreciative that he took the time to do all of this. He went above and beyond in my opinion, and I would not have been able to fix my problem if he had not done this to help me.

Love the good old fashioned, down home feel of this place! The owner was quite nice and I want to thank him personally for helping me with my purchase, I was sent here for a sick friend. He made a impossible thing possible, thank you, really.

Update...I was there yesterday for a quick purchase. I was surprised to see a totally remodeled place. Better organize, more items, easy to find what you are looking for. Attentive staff and knowledge of their merchandise at hands and quick for suggestions or ideas to complete your projects. Will be my first stop before going to the big hardware store.

Miller's is a well known local Hardware store known for a great selection and knowledgeable people. Now they have this store in Casselberry. Yay! I needed an odd sized staple, and they had it. Personal service to help me find it too. Their inventory has all kinds of things. It's great to have one closer to me.
