Jessica is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I’ve been going to her for over a year and she’s helped my skin improved tremendously! I love going to visit her not only for that after facial glow but also to hang out with her hehe she’s awesome!!

I have been coming here for over 5 years. The new location has wellness classes in the mornings. Today I took a barre class before my treatment which was cool. I have rosacea and a texture which I’m able to control when I come consistently. Highly recommend the chai lattes here- I always tell her I wish she had a drive through lol.

Jessica is always professional and provides a relaxing service. Her spa is super clean and she makes you feel comfortable. She has transformed my skin from dry and rough textured to smooth and clear. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable about all skin types. She made me feel very comfortable about asking any questions I had concerning my skin. I started going to Jessica for microneedling and Hydrafacials a little over a year ago after i battled with my skin through post-birth control hormonal acne and was left with lots of scaring all over my cheeks and jaw. I am also very prone to clogged pores around my nose and sun damage on my forehead. Since I started doing these facials, my skin has had a hugee transformation! I am actually confident in my skin again and love going out of the house without makeup on now! I’m very picky on who I trust with my face but Jessica has excelled in every way. From the moment you step through the door she makes you feel so comfortable. She goes over everything with you, you never have to wonder what she’s doing to your skin and will always only do what your skin needs (she even customizes certain facials to your skin!). She offers many services and if she doesn’t think one of them will benefit you then she will tell you that and recommend something else instead of just letting you do it + waste money, which i appreciate because it shows she’s truly doing this for you and your skin. The quality of the service and the quality of the facial is unmatched.

WOW 🤩 That’s how I (and my skin!) feel after a facial at Novo Spa Studio! I have never been consistent with my skincare and had no idea where to start. Apart from an amazingly relaxing and refreshing facial, Jessica went above and beyond and was so educational about how to start a routine, what products to use and avoid, how often, etc. I went with a friend and once she was done with her, Jessica was thorough in her cleaning/disinfecting before starting with me. I definitely recommend and can’t wait to go again!

I never had a facial before but I had some medication that gave me some bad rashes and really bad acne as well. I was referred to Jessica from a friend. She made me feel comfortable as a guy going to get a facial, and got me a routine plan. Which improved my face 100%. She was very knowledgeable about my situation and knew what exactly was going on with my face. I am really glad I decide to go. Now I'm hooked because of how great and relaxing are the messages she provide. She recently moved but I'll still make the drive to get my facials. It's completely worth it.
