Terrible curbside pickup and customer service! I sat in the parking lot waiting for my order with my hazard lights as it stated on the app. I also listed a description of my car on the app and when I called because I’ve waiting a while they lied and stated they stated with an attitude they couldn’t find my car. I was parked right in front looking at the door and did not see one person walk out the door. Astrid picked up the phone and lied and also was very rude! I shop here a lot and also am a credit card holder and this experience makes me want to cancel my card and return the stuff I’ve recently bought and what I picked up today and never shop here ever again. Customer service is lacking big time at this location!
