In particular, I am very thankful to the on-site manager, Luan, for his timely communications and the excellent work his team done for the roof replacement. SK Quality Roofing did an outstanding job installing a metal roof on my home in September, 2023. All of their employees were professional, from the sales person and project manager to the office staff. They answered all my questions, kept me informed of each step, we’re prompt, coordinated their work with the Roof to Wall Connectors contractor, and cleaned up the construction site. My new roof looks beautiful! I highly recommend SK Quality Roofing.

From the very first contact, I knew that SK Quality Roofing was the best company for the job! I did my due diligence and got another estimate for the job of replacing my roof, and compared the 2 estimates side by side. On the surface, SK's estimate was significantly higher (about $10k) than the other well-known local company. After actually reading and comparing the estimates, it was clear that SK's estimate was transparent and accurate, whereas the other well-known local company didn't include things like the skylight that needed to be replaced, a reasonable number of sheets of plywood to replace any damaged pieces, drip edge flashing, etc. When I finished going over both estimates, SK's actually ended up about $1,000 less than the other company; however, in addition to the GREAT character of the "sales" man (there was no selling done), Mark Ronkko, that I dealt with, it was the integrity of laying it all out on the table and being transparent that was the deciding factor for me. Once it came time to start the job, I was BLOWN AWAY by the people and their process! When they came to strip the roof, there were 13 people on my roof, working like a well-oiled machine! The roof was stripped and dried-in on the same day! When they left at about 6pm, there wasn't any debris on the ground outside my house. They came back the next day and added the 2nd layer of water barrier. Again, when they left, the ground was clean. Even the guys (only 3 of them; however, WOW were they good) who delivered the new tiles and placed them on the roof were TERRIFIC!
When the team (again, 13 guys) came to install the tiles, again, it was like a well-oiled machine! Everyone was nice, answered questions, and did a GREAT job! I won't recommend ANYONE other than SK Quality Roofing...they are simply THE BEST!

The team at SK Quality Roofing exceeded our expectations in every regard. as an out-of-town owner, It’s been difficult to find companies that adhered to timelines, budget, and quality on other projects at our house because I couldn't always be there to oversee the work being done, but during the full re-roof of our home, all my interactions with the SK team from start to finish gave me confidence every step of the way. They kept all promises and communicated in a timely way at every moment of need. They receive our highest recommendation!

I am a property manager and I use SK Quality Roofing for several of my communities. They are experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. Outside of the timing of the tile which has been on a nationwide back order, which is in no case something SK can control, the process has been 100% satisfactory. They’ve been in constant contact from day 1 and during the tear off and installation process a project manager has been on site coordinating and answering questions and handling neighbor interference (as anyone in an HOA can appreciate). Very much so get my approval and endorsement to anyone in the market to replace their roof!

We had a small leak and SK Quality Roofing was recommended by my insurance company. Working with them was a breath of fresh air when dealing with contractors. The gentleman who did the initial inspection did not try to find “extra” stuff that needed be done. Their communication was excellent, not only did they show up, but you re-scheduled to an earlier date! They called the day before to confirm and the young man who did the work called to let me know he was on the way. He showed up ON TIME and completed the job and cleaned up. Although none of these are big deals, my past few dealings with various contractors show that they rarely communicate or show up on time.

Bought my home in 2020 and had a leak late 2021. Bob Alex from SK Roofing came by and I immediately felt a sense of comfort. Great personality, professional, and knowledgeable. Repaired my shingle roof in no time for a great price. Today (Sept 2022, in south florida) after the rains of Hurricane Ian, I had another leak. This time in my garage. I was able to text Bob (he gave his cell last visit) and he came over two days later. Spotted the issue in about 15 minutes. Nothing wrong with the roof, just some old outdated nails that had fallen through. He repaired it by sealing the holes made by the old nails with tar.... FOR FREE! I could not recommend a better roofing professional. Thanks so much Bob Alex, and you ca expect a christmas card this year from me and my thankful family!!

We had our tile roof repaired in February 2016 by SK Quality Roofing. I highly recommend them. They gave a fair estimate that includes a one-year workmanship warranty. The roofers were professional, friendly and worked non-stop. They pretty much went above and beyond. And the customer service was exceptional. I wouldn’t hire anyone else if I were you.

SKL Roofing has been our number 1 roofing company for all of our roofing projects and emergencies. Bob sat down with me and laid out the plan for the roof replacement and ensured all of the workers will protect our new grounds plantings and clean up everyday they were on the roofing job. From day 1, the project manager and his crew kept our place free of nails and debris so that the other unit owners can safely use the walkways. I can't say enough nice things about SK Quality Roofing. Our roof was damaged from Hurricane Irma and we had a major leak.
