Dave Feick - State Farm Insurance Agent

While out of the country I recd notice that my insurance direct debit was not made, and my policy would be cancelled. I found out that the bank pulled my payment as potential fraud and as such created non payment of my insurance premium. I had to contact Lydia via messenger to try and resolve. She proceeded to provide me with information as to what needed to be done. Since I was returning back to FL on the weekend she agreed to meet with me today so that we could get my account back on track. I would have hated to have my policy cancelled through no fault of mine after being a State Farm customer for 40 years in Vegas and about 6 years in Florida. Being out of the country I was in a panic. But Lydia's research, prompt response and resolution went above and beyond and I could finish my remaining vacation knowing everything would be taken care of. Kudos Lydia and State Farm.

I own a business in North FL and live in South GA. I call the staff at this Boynton Beach office for all of my insurance needs because I feel they genuinely care. If there's ever a question they cannot answer, it takes them a minute or so to figure it out. Just two weeks ago I was caught up at the DMV and Brittany sent over the documents I needed before I was called to the window! This is the kind of staff they invented speed dial for. I remember walking into this office as a child with my parents, when I started driving my first car, when I needed to turn in my college transcripts for a student discount, and when I finally got my own place. Now I call them for all of my business needs. They have been with my family and I every step of the way and I would not entrust anyone else!

Dave Feick has served my family well for almost 40 years, and the office staff is super friendly and helpful.

I just obtained a new policy through this Agency and Lydia was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I received emails virtually instantly addressing all my needs. Naturally I'm a brand new customer and haven't had the need to utilize actual services, but if I'm treated the way Lydia has treated me thus far, I anticipate a long lasting business relationship. Conversely, if I experience poor or insufficient service, I have no hesitation to voice that and move on. Thanks again, Lydia!

I utilized this agents service for years, however, the rates always went up for no plausible reason. I attempted to reduce the escalation with phone call to agent....but, David was firmly grabbing every dollar without hesitation. I tired of his service , went to his office but although he was there he was too busy to talk to me....thus, I left his office to meet with Charlene Hooks , Allstate Agent....I cancelled my insurance with him and now use and Allstate. agent that is personable and friendly...with a brief meet my rates were dramatically reduced. I am perturbed because it took so long for David's office to effectively cancel my policy,December 4 on the acknowledgement forwarded by his office, despite my policy change on 18 November.

Some of these people, agents, at this office are just plain rude, they think of themselves something they're not, and they got what they deserve today, I cancelled my policy. This is not the first time they talk to me this way and today it broke the camel's back. On top of that, I got a better rate with another insurance company. Thank you! You treat your customers this way, you will lose them!

If I could give no stars I would.
We had gotten our 3 vehicles , home and umbrella policy from a State Farm agent in LtHouse Point a few days ago.
And when I called him to go over another one of our commercial policies coming due the beginning of February I felt uncomfortable with him so I decided to reach out to another State Farm Office.
One Office was more unprofessional than the next BUT this office was just down right rude.
Not only to myself but my present insurance agent ( with Mercury) who was still kind enough to try and help me get a new policy because his renewal policy was so expensive.
We have been friends for close to 20 years and he understood it was about the rising cost that we were shopping.
But , after she screaming at my present agent on the phone because he corrected her because of her lack of knowledge regarding Citizens Policies and being rude to me I left that office.
As I got into my car I called my wonderful present agent that still had the commercial van policy and said “ some times customer service is worth more than money “
I am staying with Anthony from Coastal Insurance -Delray AMAZING guy and office.
Whatever you do , do not use this State Farm Office.
Run do not walk !!!

STAY AWAY, this agency has no integrity, look at the Susan Miller posting for a GOOGLE review.. she works here as office manger for crying out loud. What a joke....In addition she has 25 years experience, but has no follow up to her clients, just sits there and takes payments and has a boat load of excuses. They don't even open for their posted hours and good luck reaching her by phone. They roll in to work when its convenient for them. The rest of the staff needs to take a few customer service courses.
