Dr. Paul Conti took time to evaluate me asking the questions he needed to diagnose by concerns by adjusted me accordingly to improve my neck and back problems. I am so pleased at how much better I feel in such a short period of time. I highly recommend is practice for all your chiropractic needs. He is obviously very skilled in his field because I always feel so much better after every visit. Everyone there provides a welcoming and friendly service. Many thanks to the team so far.

A car accident brought me to Dr Paul Conti. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable about aligning the body to create all internal body communication without any road blocks.

I’ve been a patient and treated since August 31st 2023 and my body never healed this fast with my PCP but with Chiropractic / holistic treatment my body has responded and healed within 2 short months. Pain has subsided and I sleep deeper and longer.

I came to Dr. Conti with Multiple herniated disc's in my neck from years of riding and working in the Equestrian Field. My herniations eventually caused Myelomalacia in my cervical column causing numbness in both hands. After 4 treatments the numbness resolved in my hands. I didn't realize how much of a correction my back needed until I got treatment at Mind Body Spine. Dr. Paul and his staff were professional and after my 1ST treatment, there was already improvement. No more soreness when I wake up, no more tightness when I'm at the gym, and just more comfortability overall. Great value here! I will be coming back quarterly or bianually, depending on how my back holds up.

Best chiropractor I've ever been to! Went in with a pinched nerve in my neck & a sprained collarbone and was super impressed with how detail oriented Paul's approach was. His combination of techniques had me immediately feeling significantly better. Just wish I went to see him a few days earlier!

I “pulled” a muscle in my lower back in October but just kept putting up with the pain for months. Finally, when I realized how the pain was interfering with my posture, I knew I had to do something. I kept seeing the Mind, Body, Spine sign along Federal Highway in Lake Worth and decided to give this chiropractor a try. And I am very happy that I did.

Managed by Dr. Paul Conti and his wife, the reception area is very open and calm with a huge video screen on one wall playing nature images. This is a progressive facility with digital check-in and email follow-up with images, links and suggestions for further at-home care. So I left there free from pain. As Dr. Conti said, a chiropractic adjustment is not a “one-time” cure. The muscles need to be retrained to hold everything in place for proper pain-free posture. I do not always do his follow-up exercises, but I must take responsibility for that. I would highly recommend this facility. They also offer acupuncture and other wellness programs.

Dr. Paul Conti (Mind Body Spine Chiropractic) is wonderful chiropractor who knows what to do to help his patients heal and live healthier pain free lives. Our entire family sees Dr. Conti and now many of friends are patients of his as well.

I've been to several chiropractors throughout my wrestling and Army career and I fully trust Dr. Paul. You can tell he loves what he does and he has studied his craft. I went from bent over in pain to standing upright and no pain in one single session. He is now helping me with my posture and I go received adjustments when I need them.
