I can assure you the bad review is a competitor trying to slader a good name. This company did my $83,000 addition to my house for my in-laws. Very professional, excellent price, you get what you pay for...you pay cheap you get cheap work. These guys are professionals, and their great workmanship is money well spent.

Extremely pleased with the team. They spend a morning at our place fixing a variety of plumbing, electrical, paint and gutter issues. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. It’s rare to find handymen that are so good at this wide range a set of skills. Highly recommend.

I never write negative reviews but am compelled to share this one and save others from Oasis. Oasis offers handyman services - DO NOT HIRE them. Their employee smells of cigarettes, takes long unexplained breaks, completes subpar work (all of which I needed to have redone), and runs the clock by taking excessively long on projects. I was given a quote for my project prior to services being rendered, but when it came time for payment the owner suddenly informed me of a minimum (which my project did not meet) and which would increase my bill. Further, in good faith, despite a major vehicular accident with physical injury, I attempted to connect with the owner prior to posting my experience publicly. However, rather than accommodating me I was threatened for payment. So, here we are - payment was made and I hope this review helps those reading! I’ve posted positive reviews of another handyman on Nextdoor and am happy to share his information.

In my opinion this contractor deserves NO stars, but unfortunately, I have to give at least one to leave a review.

The owner of this company (Rick) was shockingly RUDE and displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout our entire interaction. His demeanor was consistently condescending, dismissive, and completely out of line. It became abundantly clear that this individual lacked any understanding of the importance of customer service or basic courtesy.

I highly discourage anyone from engaging their services. It is unfortunate that my hard-earned money was wasted on such an unprofessional individual who clearly fails to comprehend the importance of respectful communication. I urge everyone to avoid this contractor and save themselves from the unnecessary stress and disappointment I had to endure.

These guys will first ask for a retainer. They will try and overcharge you. When you call them out they will quit the job, keep the retainer, and disappear. They are not to be trusted. Bad service and out to get you and do as little work as possible. I can’t tell you if the work they do is good or not because they ran off with a 10k retainer never to be heard from again.
