Nice place! They had a few cell phones I was looking at and was able to play around with them. Checked out the video games, too, but they have a nice variety of electronics depending what yohre looking for. I'm definitely going back at a later date for a drawing tablet!

Really enjoyed this location. Actually has a decent selection of physical movies which seem to be getting smaller and smaller at other locations. Only downside is the amount of PS5 games, but that seems to be an industry thing since most retailers don't carry many PS5 games to begin with with that shifting to more of a digital age as well. Over all the store was very clean, customer service was great. Highly recommend.

I bought Whirlpool Washer and Dryer from Best Buy Kohler and also opened a Best buy credit card (first purchase 10% cash back) There were couple of inconveniences throughout the process but those were all solved in the matter of 10 mins by one of the Mangers Casey. Casey is very cognizant and quick in solving the problems. I went prepared with the concerns and explanation but he dint need any and solved all the issues in no time. I’ll soon use the cash back in this store. Highly Recommended !

The people here are very nice and knowledgeable I didn't catch the managers name or the girl but they helped me buy a lg c2 tv and a sound system and they were absolutely amazing. Will definitely be coming again for their service instead of buying online

The woman that helped me by the Geek squad counter was very patient and proceeded to complete the task I went there for. I thank her for all her help and the young man that eventually checked me out.

wish the prices were better but they cant control that. the staff here are amazing with their knowledge of everything in their department. they always have a smile on their face. last time i was there the employee made sure that after introducing himself to me he also introduced himself to my kids that were with me. even asking them what they were looking for. i wish i remembered what his name was cause id recommend him to everyone that visits

It's a nice clean store with very polite and helpful employees. Chase was absolutely amazing, helped me pick out the computer and explained everything i asked. I have small kids that were running around and he dealt with us with a smile on his face.

Helpful low-key staff (ie no hard sell). Good selection. Good prices. The last time I was there I was looking for a fitness watch. Chris E. was very helpful recommending various choices, but he gave me time to do my own research online. I ended up buying one that had to be shipped. It came in 2 days. While I was there I looked at TV wall mounts. The person in that department was also very helpful.

Eddie and the store manager went beyond to see I was satisfied with my purchases and help get the best product for what I could afford. We always get our phones from best buy. The staff at the phone counter are amazing. It's worth the wait. Please be patient with the phone staff as the assist other customers.

Went in to purchase 2 Kindle Fire tablets for my grandkids. Found some on sale but was quickly informed that the tablets in question were not the ones on sale and were more expensive than I was expecting. The manager on duty reduced the price and gave us a gift card and n order to match the price I believed to be accurate. She certainly went above and beyond to ‘make it right’.

Extremely helpful to me over the last month with purchase of TV, land phone, Roku and printer. A lot of assistance with getting very complex setup byJose! Also fantastic assistance with landline phone! Geek squad has been worth every penny. Big shout out to Jose. Ashon was also patient and thorough setting up Roku which I could not have done. The one return item I had to make was seamless and also helpful. Also huge thanks to Val when calling 800 number for a complicated question. I give Best Buy , especially DeerTrace Kohler happy Five stars

I was locked out of my laptop and I made an appointment with the geek squad. My appointment was on time and they fixed my problem in under 20 minutes. I am very grateful

Throw in all of the accessories you need for your electronics etc, you have an easy one stop place to shop.
