TJ was excellent to work with! Answered all of our questions, and made sure we were happy. Also, helped putting ideas together. We purchased living room set, dining set, master bedroom and two spare rooms. Highly recommend! Ask for TJ.

I was on the hunt for a new mattress that was more supportive and cooling and I found just what I needed. I highly recommend Scott!!! He was a great help and answered every question we had and gave us the pros AND cons of each option, all while being incredibly kind and patient. I will definitely be coming back WG&R in the future for all of my furniture needs! :)

She greeted us at the door and immediately went to work helping us find the perfect mattress. Was looking for some new furniture for apartment there staff was great. Upbeat and was really interested in my needs surrounding my budget. Cyndi helped me out and was fantastic. We were able to find just what I needed within time frame as well. Highly recommended

Matt, my sales person was very helpful. He quickly helped me arrive at a solution to replace a love seat that has suffered irreparable critter damage. We found one of the same style in a fabric that will compliment the couch. He explained lead time, payment options and warranties along with the expected delivery of the new love seat.

Justin greeted me immediately when I walked in, asked what I all needed and did a great job asking questions about what I needed. He asked questions regarding preferences and gave excellent suggestions. Even if I wasn’t sold on a piece he’d ask what I’d change so he could understand what I was looking for and fit everything into my price range. I’m really excited about all my new pieces!

Cyndi was great to work with to find our new mattress. She showed us around to all of the types we were interested in trying out and listened to our preferences without trying to push anything on us. We ended up making a decision I feel confident with because of her pointers and knowledge of picking out a properly supportive mattress.

Cyndi did very well she got me what I was looking for and help me find a beautiful bed set she put a smile on my face and we made jokes and laughing love her give her a raise … we’ll be back to have my granny buy me a living room set lmfaoooo

Justin was great guiding me to pieces of furniture that fit my needs. I described what I was looking for, what my family members sizes are, what our lifestyle is, showed him a picture of my room, and told him my color preferences. He then immediately showed me just the items that worked for me. So quick and easy!

We've purchased furniture from WG&R for several years and we keep coming back. The furniture quality is great, the store has many good deals throughout the year, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I especially like the fact that every sales person I have worked with always goes the extra mile to make sure we find the right piece of furniture based on our needs and budget.

Walked in told them what we were looking for looked at a few options and had our minds set within 30mins of looking. They are currently running a bunch of end of year sales so we got a pretty nice discount.

Cyndi Cook did an exceptional job working with us on our new furniture needs. She viewed our space and needs and offered many wonderful options. She also gave us a high level of detail, so we could find and view many of the items at several WG&R locations. Great selection and good quality furniture. Competitive pricing. We appreciated the help TJ gave us in selecting our new couch and Fjord recliner. TJ was very knowledgeable, personable — and patient! We prefer to spend our money at a Wisconsin-based business that’s employee-owned.

Had a great experience with Scott! He listened to what we needed, helped us look at options, gave us information for us to make the best decision and was completely patient with us. While wrapping up our purchase he gave us information on how to best protect out investment, the insurance plan along with the protection details and how to handle claims should a need arise. Over all we are very happy and satisfied with our entire experience. On top of that my mother doesn’t speak English fluently but he was respectful enough to give us time to converse with one another in Hmong when making our purchase/decision.
