Went to get the Rhinestone Ghost holder for hand sanitizer and was pleased to find one!

Was greeted immediately and informed about the sales taking place. Large selection neatly organized despite being so busy. Carol was both very friendly and very fast at checking out customers. Will be back for more holiday gifts.

I came in just before close tonight and the girls that greated me were so welcoming! Normally I would leave so I wasn't a bother but they welcomes me to stay and offered help. Super impressed, they could have turned me away but they didn't and were so friendly! Great Job BBW staff! I'll always shop at this location!

Went here last week to get some birthday presents for my mother, this store has a wonderful slection of differnt products from body creams and lotions too bath soaps and body washes and perfume, they have an amazing selection of wallflowers to pick from and tons of different smells u can buy to go with them, they also have hand sanitizer and have men's products as well, always lots of sales and good deals, A employee named Lauren helped me pick everything out and find just the perfect gifts that my mother just loved, she was super helpful and very patient and helped me with samples and let me smell a bunch of differnt stuff and was just one of the nicest people, I wish more people were this helpful and kind and made the shopping experience better and not worse, I give this store 5 stars, if u have a mother or grandma or aunty or a special friend or girlfriend or daughter or any special women in your life this is great place to stop and get them a nice gift they will enjoy, if ya dont know what to get or are overwhelmed by the slection to pick from ask for Lauren, I sure she be more than happy to help u find the perfect gift and make your shopping experience the best it can be.

Very helpful sales clerk knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me with different scents for my air freshener in my car. She knew which scents were going out of season and those scents that were coming in to the new season

First of all let me say I'm a man walking into bed bath & body works not knowing a whole lot about the store the ladies that work there were all very friendly and very helpful and was able to get all the gifts I needed for Christmas right there from the store.

They had plenty of helpers and were able to process the line rather quickly.

I love the hand jell,I share it in chirch,right now is have purchased many ,mens lotions for the priests from Kenya Africa. Thay are with the Pope Frances orphanage. I always send candy for the children.

Service was great. Clerk helped me create a gift box. Friendly and helpful without being condescending. Awesomest clerks.
