I had numerous problems with the sales staff, trying to get a credit on a Kitchen table that was canceled. Gary sent me a text message asking how he could help.
I told him in a text message the complete story of what transpired with the store with the shipping of the table that was canceled.
Within hours he resolved the problem, and I was issued the proper credit from the store.
. Modani Furniture Should use Gary as the benchmark of how Customer Service should be.
Over the years, I have purchased numerous items from Modani And I’m sure now with the work Gary did, I will be back purchasing more.

If you are looking for someone kind, patient and dynamic to help you with your purchases in Modani on Federal, Mr. Jake is the reference. As an employee he requires a 5 star rating for his service to the community. Thanks for patiently helping me Jake.

I initially walked into Modani after driving by on Rt1. I was greeted by Marc Endelson and he was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right design direction and providing thoughtful suggestions. I ended furnishing my entire home with Modani and Marc and could not have been more pleased. Any issues I encountered Marc handled promptly and professionally. The customer service was excellent. I will definitely be using Modani again for all my future projects!

The only person who goes above and beyond for the customer is Jenece in customer service. She is efficient and prompt in her reply, she went above and beyond to help with the issues. She is an asset to an otherwise overpriced and under delivering company.

Upon entering the showroom, salesman Chris welcomed me and offered his help finding the right sofa for me . Thank you Chris .

My husband and I just finished our remodel in Palm Beach. We bought all of our furniture through Marc Endelson (senior design consultant) at the Boca Modani store. Marc went above and beyond with us. He made sure he was personally there when everything was delivered to make sure it all went smoothly and to help with proper placement of all of our items. He treated our home like he would his own home. We absolutely love all of our purchases from Modani, but the personal service we received really makes us want to go back to them for all of our furniture and accessory needs. Marc’s design experience makes him our go to person for all of our interior home needs. I highly recommend him and Modani !! My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with everything we purchased, and we just had an amazing experience as well. And made a new friend in Marc! Thank you!

Had a wonderful shopping experience with Marc guiding me! I literally had 2 days to buy all of my furnishings for our new condo. He made it SUPER easy and gave GREAT advice! I would highly recommend Modani especially if you are fortunate enough to work with Marc!!

Unfortunately, they only allow a maximum of five stars. I cannot say enough about how fantastic the service provided by Marc Endelson was. We had a problem with our original order, and Marc saved the day. His follow up, his client contact, his demeanor and professionalism were all fantastic. This is what a salesperson should be.

I have made various purchases from Modani over the last 6 months. They offer white glove delivery service and are flexible with your needs. New management is doing very well in my opinion; sales team is professional and courteous.

Marc Endelson is a pleasure to work with. Good old fashion customer service. I have been dealing with him for the last 2 years and each and every time he is on it with phone calls and follow through.

The shipping is awful, I am waiting since this am for a delivery. In addition I texted the number on the recording and did not get a response..I paid for white glove service and instead they are just going to drop it curbside and I had to hire my own people to put it together. The delivery service did not respond at all.
Great merchandise but awful delivery service.

I love shopping at this store. Staff is friendly and they are very professional. They make me feel apart of there family at Modani Furniture. I recently remodeled my home and most of my new pieces came from them. Delivery was as promised and on time in excellent condition. Communication with the store asscociate and manager is very coordinated and they delivery what they promise which is the best customer service experience possible. I love the Boca Raton store which is where I get all my essential needs taken care of. There manager Irme is very dedicated to making your experience a memorable one. Go shop there today you will not regret it.

Great experience with Grace!
I was very pleased with my experience at Modani via phone and picture and text chat. Grace was exceptionally helpful when trying to decide on my purchase of accent chairs for my living room. I think I’ll be very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this store and especially Grace (both a designer and sales person). Grace exhibited professionalism and excellent taste with her suggestions. Thank you Grace and as requested once I receive the chairs I’ll send you pictures. Nice personal touch I thought.

Marc is amazing and we used him to help select furniture for our entire house. He is pleasant, very detailed, and is honest when it comes to providing design and selection advice. He even showed up when our furniture was delivered and inspected the items for damage. His attention to every part of the process was beyond 5 star and look forward to working with him on our outdoor furniture next year.
