Efficient , informative and professional staff. Very proactive and the pharmacists don’t hesitate to help . If they see a conflict in meds because of other drs prescriptions they jump right on it . Thanks

Not the friendliest staff. Seems like all pharmacies take a bit of time to fill prescriptions. Biggest complaint is they don't call of there is a question or issue, they just wait until you come in to pick up. Then once the issue is resolved you have to wait longer for the prescription to be filled.

Everything is fresh and there's a lot of vegan options.

Was there shortly after nine no customers in line had appt for nine thirty they cashed out receipt for nine sixteen and still had to wait for appt time, then they wanted me to wait another fifteen mins, should not have to take thirty minutes or more, just to listen to them complain about customers. But shopping is a pleasure as long as they are getting paid.

This one star review is for the restaurant. I stood up there waiting to be assisted for more than 5 minutes and nobody came to help or even asked me if I needed help. The manager didn't help much or cared about the bad customer service. When I came back with the manager the guy that was supposed to be there selling the food started laughing and being totally unprofessional and told his co-worker "this is unbelievable". I finally left and didn't buy anything. Service needs serious improvement. This is a bad image for Publix that has a very good general reputation.

I ordered my meds through automated phone system and went to pick up my meds and they were not ready, i ordered again in person they didn’t have them. I was 4 days without meds waiting on this pharmacy. Unapologetic staff.

Horrible customer service prescription are taking all day to be fill people a register don't know what they are doing rude pharmacies I don't know what happens but it used to be much better services

Every time you have 4 people behind the counter only one helps waiting time is ridiculous I come in for the second time And yesterday they told me my medicine was going to be ready after three I come at four she tells me that sorry it was supposed to come in but it didn’t come in but they did not call me and let me know after I came in to second time the first time she told me to come in it was gonna be ready at three is ridiculous you got to work on that come on Publix you’re better than that that

I'm looking at the text sent to me saying my pills are ready, but when I get there they say tomorrow. Long wait, rather indifferent service. So many other options for Rx in the area, Publix not worth the trouble.
