**Public Shout Out to Berlus at Publix!**

I want to take a moment to give a huge shout out to Berlus at Publix for his exceptional customer service and dedication. Recently, I found myself in need of popcorn chicken early in the morning around 7:30 AM, and despite being very busy, Berlus went above and beyond to make it happen for me.

As a SHIPT driver I rely on timely and efficient service, and Berlus truly exceeded my expectations. Even though he was busy and didn't have to accommodate my request, he took the time and effort to ensure that I received the food I needed. His willingness to go the extra mile and his commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

Berlus's quick thinking, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills are a testament to his professionalism and dedication to his work. I am grateful for his efforts in making sure that I got what I needed, and I truly appreciate his outstanding service.

Always a great experience shopping there. The store is always clean my and the staff is pleasant a helpful and nice. I love the baking section and buy many of my ingredients here. I love their gourmet decorated cakes as well.

Ivan in the deli is always amazing! He is always kind, well mannered, and patient even when he is visibly stressed. He makes the subs perfectly and always makes sure you’re happy with the way he built it before wrapping it up.

Very clean, well stocked and organized. The staff is very friendly! I’m always greeted by a nice gentleman named Tony and another named Eric, who I think is a manager. There is also a super nice guy in the bakery, ALWAYS smiling, always very welcoming and conversational. I call him “Sup” because he is just a Super employee, and person overall. Love this store!!

I really enjoy this Publix. I have gotten many subs and grocery shopped there. Many times the staff is very friendly and the store is always clean. Thank you so much Publix you’re the best.

All of the Publix Supermarkets are awesome!! They keep them clean and freshly stocked. If you can't find something, ask and they will bring right to it!!

I have used this pharmacy for many,many years. With/without ins. I'm treated with kindness, care,concern, dedicated knowledge towards my best interest, and a personal touch. I never feel like a number or an inconvenience. They have found mistakes in medications that could have caused harm ,or contain trace amounts of allergens. Thank you for many years of love and dedication.

Recently started going to this location due to moving. Great store, always clean and everyone is in a great mood. I met Tony on my second visit and now every time I go in he makes it a point to say hello and ask how the family is. He definitely makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. I live in Los Angeles where there are no Publix grocery stores. So it brings back many memories when I come back home for a visit. Nice to know that some things never change. Publix...Where Shopping Is A Pleasure.

Publix never disappoints. Always have well stocked shelves and friendly people who go out of their way to help you.

Publix in general has a high mark-up on their products. But this store is clean, the employees are friendly, and it’s reasonably well stocked. The produce is significantly better tasting and higher quality than it’s neighbor Walmart (and far less depressing to shop). The bakery and deli are always hopping meaning everything’s going to be fresh because of higher volume. However the deli does run out of stock on popular choices for sandwiches from time to time. Of course they will run out of popular bogo items too. These are the kind of things I would expect to be out of stock.

The pharmacy is outstanding. They are extremely busy over there but staff remain calm, efficient, friendly and extremely helpful.

It may hurt your wallet to shop here for everything- but if you must Publix, this store is a good one.

A little pricey but they have everything you need and always stocked up

We were visiting family and meeting our first grandchild so we wanted to cook a couple of dinners for the new parents. We went to Publix and found everything we needed to make a couple of really good meals. We had to ask for help from the meat department and received great service in that area also.

I shop here every weekend as it is very close to my home. I always have a great experience! The only thing is the substation could sometimes use a little extra help but other than that at this Publix shopping truly is a pleasure!

Great service. Great produce. An employee always greets me every time I come to the store.

The workers here were so nice and several of them were very helpful. Being from out of state, we struggled to find a couple items. All 3 workers were super helpful and what are the chances that one of the cashier's grandma is from where we are living? We came several states away and during check out were talking about that we were on vacation and come to find the cashier checking us out, that his Grandma is 10 minutes from our house. Big world, but yet small.

Wide aisles, well, maintained, courteous staff and a amazing amount of stock.
