I've been going to Vado due to low back pain and plantar fasciitis and I can't thank all the staff enough for their care and expertise. The PTs are very knowledgeable and Dominic is an expert in the field, always there checking on my progress. Mario the accunpurist is top notch and the 2 massage therapists are among the best! My husband was referred to Dominic and team from Dr. Tyrance (orthopedic surgeon) after he had a platelet rich plasma injection in his shoulder to help heal after a fall last year. Vado was recommended to me from a friend after I had a shoulder procedure. I was fortunate to be assigned to Carli who has a DPT degree and it shows - she's very knowledgeable, helpful and gets results. And you can tell she cares and loves her job. Working with her has been a great experience. Though I do feel management hinders the full PT/client experience some days by distracting her time with non-therapy tasks or chores. Lucky for them Carli is a master at multitasking. All said - I recommend Vado highly.

Vado Therapy provided a wonderful experience for me during a sports injury recovery. After Vado was recommended to me, I went in and was greeted by Dr. Carli, who happens to be an ex competition dancer. As a dancer, it was very helpful to have a physical therapist that understood the demands dance takes on my body, and how to best build strength and stability. Dom and the staff here at Vado Therapy take consideration into each clients needs. The staff are all welcoming and enjoy their time spent with their clients and eachother in their work space. Vado was recommended to me all the way up in Pittsburgh, PA by the Pittsburgh Steeler surgeon who did my rotator cuff surgery, before I migrated South for the winter. (Shout out to Dr Justin Arner of Burke & Bradley, for anyone living up there…he’s amazing!) During the 2nd half of my long shoulder rehab, Domenic and his team took over and were the consummate professionals in every aspect of running a stellar PT business; From scheduling, promptness, efficiency and thoroughness, to kindness and compassionate patient care. Domenic performs at the highest level and to that end, hires only the best of the best! Dr. Carli, to whom I was assigned, is phenomenal in both her hands on clinical approach as well as her overall theoretical knowledge and expertise. She is able to give you the “why” behind the “what” with her clear, concise and understandable explanations. With her keen attention to detail, she was also able to pivot and adjust my program as needed for maximum results, and then turn me loose to continue at home what she taught me. Vado places an emphasis on body mechanics, getting your movement correct first and then from there strengthening these proper movements. It’s amazing what results I achieved by focusing on posture and proper motion….things we often overlook in our day to day activities such as sitting at a computer all day for work! They also have a secret weapon of a massage therapist (Jessica) who works in tandem with the team to complement the PT therapy with her muscle manipulation and deep tissue treatments, designed around the patient’s specific issues. After a lifetime of massages, I state without hesitation that she is truly the best. Her hands should be insured!
As a work culture it was heart warming to see a group of people who genuinely liked each other and got along, and who truly liked and respected the boss. They function like a family, which spills over to the pleasant demeanor in which they treated the patients, making all of us feel “at home”. I surely did not expect to have fun during therapy, so it was a nice by product of healing which made the whole experience a pleasant surprise and far more bearable!

It's been almost 4 months into shoulder rehab, bicep tendon attachment and rotator cuff repair. Dom and Carlie, and their team, are an excellent group to be working with. They are supportive, always have smiles on their faces, and they truly care about your well-being. They were able to bring a device (lovingly named the Dominator) to my house to accelerate my shoulder rehab. I'll be coming back here for the next knee surgery, definitely.

This review is a little overdue. I can’t speak more highly of Vado therapy and everyone working there. From the owner, receptionist, and all the therapists and students that work there, they are absolutely top-notch. By the time I went to them, I had been to 2 other PT locations. It had been over 4 months since my surgery (SLAP tear of Labrum) and my mobility and strength were nonexistent. From day one I felt a sense of comfort feeling surrounded by people who cared and were very knowledgeable. I have since left because I have moved but they gave me the ability to get back to my normal life. Thank you so much all of you for helping me feel comfortable with my body and giving me a chance to get back to my full self.

As a patient with over a dozen surgery and PT experiences, I can honestly say that the Vado Therapy team is top notch. Dom has created an innovative patented product, the Dominator that I was able to use for my shoulder. It accelerated my recovery by weeks. I went to Dr. Kristy about 8 weeks after a motorcycle accident. I had just started walking after being in a splint for 8 weeks for a fractured ankle. My whole leg was cramped up, just walking was difficult to say the least. Within a few weeks Dr. Kristy had me not only walking normally again, but I started training legs again ready to be back in gym! Most importantly I’m back on my bike!!! I can’t say enough good things about her and everyone else there! I hope I never have to go back, but I won’t hesitate for a second if I do!

I was looking for a place that would fit exactly what I needed and Vado exceeded my expectations. They are all so great and very helpful. I am in training to be a fire fighter and timing is crucial. Within a few weeks I have improved from my injury immensely and I can’t thank them enough!

I injured my lower back and left leg. My Ortho directed me to Vado Therapy and I was professionally and patiently treated by several of the PT experts.
