Demetrios was excellent. Diagnosed the issue immediately, had my line cleaned out and ready back working within 30 minutes. Would definitely call and request him if any future plumbing work is needed.

Demetrius was the best. He came with a great attitude. His customer service was beyond measure, something that’s hard to come by these days. I was not over charged and he went overboard to make sure I was comfortable with his work and that it was completed effectively. I always get the best results from the Roto Rooter plumbers. I will only call them because they are reliable.

Oh man, Patrick was a saving grace today! First of all he is extremely kind and respectful. He was so professional and took great care of the job even though it was a huge mess from the previous "contractor's" mistake. It was really nice to know we were in good hands after the horrible day we had with the other people.

They don't charge to come out and give you an estimate and they guarantee their work. They leave when your satisfied with the work. I strongly recommend them. Jerry Binns and Roto Rooter did an outstanding job fixing our blockage in our drains. Once he found additional issues, he engaged other resources within the company to ensure that all of our problems were addressed and fixed. What he expected to be a quick morning's work turned into a day long enterprise. He even fixed our issue with how the previous homeowner messed up the toilet installation. Service above and beyond and will definitely use them again and recommend them very highly.

I called on a Saturday and Jeff responded within 2 hours, he was great! He listened to my problem and provided knowledgeable advice. The issue wasn’t in his scope but he still helped me and provided me with resources to solve the problem which I greatly appreciated. Overall great experience, I will be calling them for any future issues.

I made an appointment and they came out immediately. The plumber was professional and sufficient. It was a very very bad blockage in one of my outside lines and it took him a little over 2 hours but he was not going to stop until he got it done. The best part is that they give you a price at the beginning and there is no secret prices. I just really had a very good experience with them I recommend anybody to use Roto-Rooter I've used them in the past for a blockage in my kitchen sink but this was a big job and they did excellent thank you Roto-Rooter.

woke up on Easter morning with a plumbing issue. called Roto Rooter first thing in the morning, within two hours two technicians arrived. jeff and daniel we’re absolutely outstanding. Very professional, and polite. Resolved our problem promptly, couldn’t speak more higly about the service.

Prompt, efficient, polite, thorough, Jeff and Daniel came late Saturday afternoon to clean a clogged kitchen drain. They left after clearing the drain and restoring everything to proper working order.
