The friendliest, most welcoming pharmacy!! I always have a great time coming here! They have such a personable, knowledgeable and truly compassionate staff! The inside is always clean and has much to offer in terms of products and even walkers and stuff to aid the elderly! This is the only pharmacy where you can watch exotic salt water fishes or play an arcade game while you wait! I dont see myself ever going to another pharmacy!

I’ve lived in Palm Beach County since 1983, and have been to numerous pharmacies. Palms Pharmacy is by far the finest pharmacy around. First & foremost, i want to thank Amiee. I recently(a few months ago) went to Palms Pharmacy, and my doctor just changes to e-scripts. My prescription were not there. It was the one day I didnt have my phone with me. Aimiee was soooooooo gracious & offfered to call my doctor & straighten this out. She is ALWAYS KIND, PLEASANT & a JOY to see. AIMEE is just a super kind, smart & generous person. Amiee is super efficient, kind and an absolute delight to see each visit. Service is outstanding. My partner of twenty two years was in end stage liver failure and Amiee and the staff always showed such compassion for he & I & our medications. The situation was EXTREMELY sad and they always treated us with such grace.
This is family owned and they really know how to do things right and keep customers happy. That is so rare these days. Customer service is exceptional!!! Amiee always goes above & beyond what any corporate place would do. They are top notch. The best around.

Palms Pharmacy has been a blessing to my life. Before I was lucky enough to find them, I was dealing with the big, corporate pharmacies, where you’re just a number. Service, here at Palms Pharmacy, is personal, caring, warm. They actually deliver my medications when I’m sick, even if I’m not my house which is close by, but they have delivered to my mom’s in Wellington when I’ve been staying there due to being sick. I have an auto immune disease and they are always able to get my medications as soon as I need them. I have never had anything less than 5 star treatment here amongst staff and service. The staff is always smiling and friendly and super sweet to 9 year old son when he is with me. They find coupons for me for some of my medications if they are available that I otherwise wouldn’t have known about. I’ve never had a pharmacy do that! I 100%, highly recommend Palms Pharmacy. Thank you Palms Pharmacy! You have a customer for life!

Best pharmacy in the world! Everyone is super helpful and kind. Totally different than these chain pharmacies that do not go out of their way at all to assist the customer. They go above and beyond to get you what you need even if it takes them time and effort which is rare these days. Thanks Palms pharmacy!!

I am at Palms Pharmacy at least 3 times a month. Its not like your local Walgreens. The employees are personable and polite. They remember your name and are always smiling. I look forward to going and picking up my prescriptions. Not many places have a solid focus on customer service anymore. But Palms is a model of what a modern day pharmacy should be. I highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled there.

I’ve been using Palms Pharmacy for a few years already. The first time I came in to use them. I didn’t have insurance and my medication was very expensive. Pharmacist Andy found a coupon for me to use. I’ll never forget that kindness. They are very professional and helping! Everyone on their staff are super friendly, reliable and on point. From the first time I went to Palms Pharmacy I have been a happy customer. I used to go to the big chain pharmacies and the clinic where I go to suggested Palms Pharmacy. The are amazing! They even remember my name and as I walk in, the greet me by my name and their service is "fast"! They are friendly, fast and great customer service. I highly recommend them.

It is always a pleasure to go there, all the techs are awesome. I have transferred all my prescription to this pharmacy. But to my astonishment Jennifer was able to work it out for me with the insurance, when they didn't want to approve a medication I needed. And even though they deliver, I truly enjoy going in, especially for the great prices on vitamins and CBD products.
