Tamarack Resort Wisconsin Dells

Wow. What a gorgeous place. Great service, beautiful units, and a really good value for what you get. I cannot recommend it enough and I will definitely be coming back.

We were very pleased with our stay at Tamarack Resort in Wisconsin Dells. It was very clean, modern and organized well. Nice price during off-season, and it was quiet and comfortable. Close enough to everything in the Dells that it's nice to not be right downtown with all the traffic and commotion.

We stay here every year for the past 15 as owners. There have been a few resort owner change overs over the years and the current owners / staff is very attentive and the condos are getting a much needed makeover. The manager immediately responded to a concern and came to our condo personally to address it. Thanks for another great stay!

Stayed here on the family’s first trip to the Dells. Great location, only a few minutes drive from all the fun stuff. The lodge had a lot of fun video games, indoor tennis and basketball courts. There are a ton of units, but ours could have used a remodel. It was nice and all, just dated.

The Tamarack is our favorite place to stay in the whole WI Dells.
They have so many different condos styles. There’s one for every group of travelers.
We had a jacuzzi in the loft this time. With a skylight over it! It was beautiful.
And I can’t say enough about how clean the units are! Never a speck of dust.
The bed, and linens are top quality. And I am extremely picky. Very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows on each bed.
My only suggestion is that we would stay every time we come to the Dells. But they don’t have any dog friendly units.
Wyndham I beg you to make a section of the property pet friendly! I would even buy into their timeshare program if they just let us bring our dogs. It’s that great of a property.

We had such a wonderful time at Tamarack resort! Jessica at the front desk made us feel so welcome and special by helping us with all our requests and questions. The condos we stayed in were great and spacious. Michelle, the activities director, was so nice and great with everyone! We just had a spectacular time! We will be back!

Amazing! Two stories resort! Living room super spacious, clean! Feels like a holiday home and we really enjoyed cooking and enjoying breakfast ourselves! Close to Dells and price is affordable. Environment nice. Super welcomed! Definitely book it again next year or later this year.

More space than we expected! Our room had a gas fireplace, which was nice. The open layout is great as long as everyone in your party has the same schedule and isn't noisy, but can be difficult if not.

It was our first time visiting Tamarack and Mirror Lake Resort, and we enjoyed our stay very much! Our kids (10 and 8) loved the daily activities that the activities director Michelle organized. Michelle was fantastic! By the end of our trip we felt as though we've known her for years. She was accommodating, personable and very fun. Thank you Michelle! There is a clean heated outdoor pool, and a slightly chilly indoor pool with a hotub. A nice lake to walk around or paddle boat. The waterfall was beautiful. Our room was just right (our DVD player didn't work, but we told the office and they were very helpful.) Just a 7 or so minute drive to all the Dells action. All employees were kind and helpful. Give this place a try, we did and had a lovely time!

Very clean, very friendly staff and good location for what we wanted

Been staying at this same place since I was a small child, it is always clean and welcoming. The outdoor pool is always pristine, they have done some updating in the last year, with new paint on a lot of the buildings and new chairs by the pool. It is a great place to stay if you want to have the fun downtown Dells and then have a nice respite from the crazy.

We stayed in a 2 BR unit. It was very roomy for the kids to move around. The full kitchen was the best and the table for 6. The kids had activities to do and a catch and release pond. (Bring your own poles.) This was my first time here and I will be back. There are stairs in the unit and two roomy bathrooms.

I have stayed here once a year for the past 5 years usually in February(which is off season) I always get an amazing deal and have a blast. Fully furnished even down to Salt and pepper shakers lol. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I see they have a lot of summer activities and its really beautiful around the condos. Right up the street from the strip and close to everything else!! Great place for a family on a budget.

Hands down.... Best experience ever! I was traveling from Chicago to stay at Tamarack from Friday January 27th til Sunday January 29th to celebrate my birthday with my friend who lives in Lyndon Station. Me and my fiancée usually stay at Mount Olympus or Hampton Inn off Wisconsin Dells Parkway but we stumbled across this place and we were blown away on how wonderful everything looked! We arrived to our room which was in Glade Colony to find a wheelchair ramp installed since my fiancée is currently disabled due to an ankle surgery she had. And also noticed the sidewalk leading to the front door was completely shoveled. We got inside our room and I was shocked on how big and spacious everything was! Kitchen was huge and the dining room was perfect, but the big roomy & spacious living room with the fireplace did it for me! I was absolutely in love! I was really shocked to see a hot tub/jacuzzi upstairs in the master bedroom! My best friend stayed in the master bedroom and he was definitely happy to see that! The 1 bedroom with 2 beds downstairs was perfect for me and my fiancée. The connecting bathroom to the bedroom was amazing! The activity building was fantastic. Arcade with a pool table and the HUGE indoor pool was nice to swim in! The ladies working the front desk where phenomenal. I certainly have enjoyed my little vacation and definitely planning on coming back in the fall this year! Thank You Tamarack for making my birthday weekend enjoyable.

This was a great place to stay. The unit was huge and felt just like home. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We really like this place. Easy check in/ out, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Great for adults and children and not as crazy as the other watermarks in the area. Been here many times now and have never had an issue. Everyone I have met have been extremely nice and the kids have also been respectful. I reccomend if you are looking for a reasonably priced adult and family friendly place.

Our condo was awesome! It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and it is in a great location!

Perfect place for family vacation! We stayed in villa with beautiful views at a small lake. My son was fishing all day long. Ducks were coming right to our terrace. Villa was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Staff is very friendly, they helped us with all questions we had. I really loved the time we spent here.

This place was a very pleasant surprise. Was it a 5 star hotel/villa? No, but the service and cleanliness and amenities were right there so I'm giving it 5.

Had a 2 bedroom villa. A little dated but clean, stocked with necessities and conveniently located right by the pool. Everything worked fine, we had an issue with the AC the second night, but they had someone at our door within minutes and the problem fixed within 20 minutes or so. Guy diagnosed the issue within minutes, went and grabbed a replacement part and had us running and cool in no time.

Activity center was great. They were re-roofing it while we there, but even despite being right next to the work, it had no affect on our stay and didn't bother us at all.

Location is great if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the Dells. And you're still within 10 minutes of EVERYTHING.

Overall, great experience as we didn't go in expecting the Hilton, but received the same service, if not better.

Absolutely fantastic and will return because the tranquil atmosphere, impeccable accommodations, and flawless operations and assistance of the staff prove to be such an enjoyable home away from home. We are pleased with the recommendations given by the staff on local attractions as well. Thanks to Jessica, who took our reservations, the front desk, and cleaning staff who understand the importance of COVID protocols on top of everything we are all trying to deal with. Thanks for the hospitality!!
