First time experiencing Miranda Plumbing and Steve G. was the technician. He arrived at the time told to me. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He installed a new water faucet outside my house for the garden hose. He redirected it so it wasn’t hitting my window storm shutter like the old one did. The work he did was fast but not rushed and his clean up was superb. There will be some painting on my part to blend it all. I will definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone. Cody & Ricky showed up ahead of time, went right to work, 1st protecting my floors, worked very hard, great personalities, professional. Made me feel very confident in their knowledge & abilities of giving me a new AC. And a beautiful job , well done. Would definitely recommend Miranda. Miranda, take good care of these men!

Very happy with Miranda plumbing and Steven. He was on time, efficient , polite and took care of what needed to be fixed. I called Miranda plumbing because their sister company, Pipe surgeons, did a wonderful Job relining our cast iron drain pipes.
Dennis came back later for a shower pan and was excellent as well.

Chad is without a doubt the nicest young man ever, He went out of his way to show me everything and explain everything to me about my AC Unit and he offered me several options I could take advantage of to improve the air in my home since I have allergies. He was very professional, very friendly and a good and very neat worker. I would not hesitate to have him in our house again, I am very satisfied with the work he did, Great Job Chad, He is an asset to the company.

My AC went out on Friday and Miranda was there Sat to give me a quote. I had a quote from another company as well. Miranda explained all of our options in detail. Monday Chad and Cody came out to install our new equipment. We were so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. You get what you pay for with Miranda. High quality equipment and knowledgeable staff. They were extremely thorough and stayed until 2300 to get the job done right for us. I highly recommend Miranda! We are extremely satisfied! The whole process with Miranda Plumbing was seamless from start to finish. Steven did a great job letting me know what options were available for a new tankless water heater and connected me with their electrical company (My Electrician) to ensure the entire set up was done properly. They got the appropriate permits and communicated what was happening every step of the way. Steven came back to do the install and everything is working perfectly. Maybe there’s cheaper companies out there, but you get what you pay for. I would 100% recommend Miranda to anyone looking for a reliable company that they can trust, and have confidence that they will do the job correctly right from the start.

I cannot thank you enough for delivering on an emergency situation! I was distraught about the whole ordeal and you made it workable to a resolution I can manage! I feel blessed that I was referred to you! New Hot Water Heater and no more indoor flood! Steven is a gentleman and patiently explained every step to me along the way!

Day 2 enter Norbey who did the second part of this install having to work in a very space Yet another pleasant and knowledgeable Miranda plumbing expert. Job well done ! A great company to do business with!

Norbey was here on time and did a very professional job. He was very knowledgeable and offered advice for me going forward. I am a retired Electrician and could tell he had a lot of experience. I will use him going forward with my plumbing needs.

My air went on the fritz Saturday late afternoon agrer a business trip. I called Miranda & Chad came the same evening. Replaced a part in the condensor, we had air the same day. Reasonable cost. Great experience.

David was out to provide a couple AC options for a new install.
He is knowledgeable and easy to talk & ask questions to.

Vincent and Joe worked quickly to try and find the root cause of my bathtub leak. The first attempt didn’t work but they knew exactly what the problem was then and fixed it. They didn’t leave but stayed to complete the work. They even saved me money off the initial estimate which was appreciated. Norbey could not have been nicer. He did a great job, coming up with a solution to our constantly running toilet that was much less expensive than replacing the entire fill valve. I would highly recommend Miranda Plumbing and Norbey!
