Very friendly atmosphere. When the frame I wanted was already sold they jumped into action to order one and get it in and delivered as soon as possible. They have a huge selection so be prepared to spend some time looking at everything. I fell in love with a dining room table that would accommodate my giant family. Wish I could have bought more.
