Do not come here!! I wish I could give it zero stars. Waste of time and totally incompetent. Appointment was at 9am and he showed up almost 10 late without a care in the world. One computer stopped working so we had to switch to another. I get it, technology happens. He couldn’t tell by looking at my driver’s license which name was my first name and which was my last name. I had to point out to him how to identify which W-2 was the corrected one. He spoke loudly about my wages with someone else waiting in the room. He also couldn’t find the amount for property taxes, when it was right on the statement in front of him. At that point I walked out.
