My experience at Pooler Parkway Dental with Dr.Patel and her assistant Wanna was absolutely amazing. They did a fantastic job on my teeth and let me remind you that I am so scared to go to the dentist!!!!
Wanna stay with me the whole time why we were waiting Dr. Patel to come in and evaluated my tooth on the one that the filling fell out. I hope and prayed for a filling replacement but unfortunately Dr.Patel said unfortunately my tooth had an abscess and it need to be pulled out!! I went into a frantic mode because I smile real big So with my smile being to big everyone would see where I had that tooth pulled out when I smiled. Dr. Patel always makes a way to fix these teeth of mine. She suggested doing a bridge implant same day. I couldn’t have been so happy. If anyone is looking for an amazing dentist schedule an appointment with Dr. Patel at Pooler Parkway Dental. Thank you Dr.Patel for doing such an amazing job and comforting me through the process!!

Front office staff is kind and courteous. Office itself is well kept, clean, and professional. When being walked back, I noticed how organized and well laid out the facilities were.

They were friendly, efficient and my hygienist Brooke was very personable and delicate. She said she was newer to the office, but I couldn't even tell. The office obviously knows what they need in their staff and make it happen.

I had several Dentist to choose from and since I grew up in Pooler when there was only 87 people I chose this one because it was POOLER DENTAL. Thank GOD I did from the time I walked in till the second I left everyone was very very nice . My bill was high because I didn't take care of my teeth and I still felt great they were too nice. They all worked together they cared more about me than the money. If you want to feel like family go here . Don't go to a place that has fake smiles fake attitudes , these people are GENUINE. I never right reviews but this place , my experience, I had to. They will work with you on the bill, you still have to pay but they have several options. State of the universe machines and PLEASE GO HERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED UNLESS YOUR JUST A Disappointed Person. THANK YOU POOLER DENTAL . AND THANK YOU FOR PUTTING THE NAME OF THIS GREAT CITY IN FRONT OF YOU.

I'll try and hit some bullet points or this will be way too many (good) words :)
Clean seating area and service area, welcoming staff and setting, fluffy pup front desk helper is a happy way to start a visit, knowledgeable and responsive front desk team, most thorough cleaning I've ever had as an adult (my teeth were tender because she got in there so good, and my kids were complimenting how much more white my teeth were afterward), one of my kids has (extreme dental) anxiety and he was so assured by the professionalism and quality care from the staff that he isn't freaking out about going back for some additional work, great diagnostic technology to support the staff, the dentist was welcoming but focused, and I needed a polishing revision after a few fillings (my bite/alignment naturally shifted just due to the work they did) and they got me in and did a very thorough job to where I was comfortable with how my bite was sitting. Billing proposals and post-billing are thorough and they present, but don't push, additional services. There are a lot of dentist options out there, but I haven't been this pleased with a dentist in awhile. I trust the care we've received and I don't often feel that way with medical care these days. I would highly recommend for adults and children.

The staff are very nice and professional. The young lady who did my initial intake was personable and made me feel at ease. Dr Patel is a great listener and partners with the treatment plan and NOT push high dollar procedures on you, which I appreciated about her. This place already feels like home. Happy to be a part of the Pooler Dental Care family!

I have had cleanings at this office = painless and clean teeth. A few visits with Dr Patel for fillings and removing one tooth and putting in a bridge again painless! Did I mention I have very sensitive teeth?
The staff, including Dr Patel are very cordial, quite pleasant and informative. I will continue to drive the distance to have this great service from all.

Top notch customer service and care. They give you a break down of exactly what they plan on doing and the cost, before they actually do anything. No financial surprises. Everyone is super nice and acts genuinely happy that you picked them to have your dental work done at. Thank you!

Great visit! Dr. Patel is very informative, gives options, and reviews all possible risks involved prior to treatment. Olga, the hygienist, is wonderful.

Dr. Patel and her staff create a comfortable atmosphere, and are gentle during procedures. They are accommodation to special needs. Very pleasant atmosphere.

They were amazing! I needed to make an appointment the next day for my wisdom tooth, due to the pain of it rubbing against my cheek. They schedule me so quickly! Whenever I came in, they were all so welcoming and inviting! They recommended to have it pulled. It was the most comfortable I have felt in a dentist office ever! 10/10 recommend!!!!

I called to have bad tooth looked at. I was not a patient. They got me in within a few hours after my call. A great experience. Very professional, made sure I understood all aspects of my care. Made sure I was comfortable and pain free during the procedure. Will definitely go back. I highly recommend them.

Proactive practice with clean facilities and a great staff. Had a great experience during my last cleaning with hygienist, Andy Anderson.

I was always extremely nervous about going to the dentist.
Doctor Patel explained to me what dental work needed to be done. She was direct in with her treatment plan.
Also, the billing receptionist was extremely comforting as well. She explained what insurance would cover, and what I would be responsible for. Doctor Patel and her assistant did the dental work on 10/16. I felt at ease and calmer that I would have previously.

Got my husband in quickly and was able to start the process of dental issues. DianaLee/ Leana and Dr Patel were friendly and informative and quick witted once they understood my husband was uneasy at dentist office.

Once i was checked in I didn’t have to wait long. After getting my X-rays done they pretty much gave me all the information i needed along with the price breakdown. This was my 1st experience and I’ll definitely be returning.

I don't leave many reviews, but OMG!! These people are amazing! They worked around both my physical disability and my financial problems. Their mascot puppy and friendliness was the icing on the cake! I will never go to another dentist 😍

I could not be more please with Pooler Parkway Dental Care. They helped me when I had no appointment and in severe pain. Everyone was amazing.

Had my teeth cleaned today. Yeah! I’m thankful that everyone who contributed to my wellbeing while I was there. My teeth are set for another few months. I believe in preventing maintenance so I can keep my teeth beautiful for another 30+ years. See you all in December -V

Dr. Patel and her staff always make my visit to the dentist an anxiety free one. The staff is very friendly and I have trusted them with all of my dental care for the past two years. Dr. Patel is always gentle and makes me feel calm, she pulled a tooth for me a while back, and I didn't have any pain during of afterwards during recovery. I would highly recommend this office for all of your dental care needs.
