This particular Old Navy has a lot of stock when it comes to the majority of their clothing items. I would recommend coming in on a week day, maybe even towards the evening when not too many people are shopping. It's a perfect way to avoid any long lines, and have plenty of social distance space. Employees will order clothes for you in the size you need if it isn't available in store. You will get free shipping and it will deliver to your house so you do not have to return to the store. How convenient! The managing team is a solid one that always puts customer service and satisfaction first. And the sales associates will go above and beyond to help you find what you need and do all they possibly can to complete whatever your request may be. The fitting rooms are open and employees always wear their masks. Overall, a great Old Navy location with employees dedicated to helping you find what you are looking for and get the best deal possible.

The prices are too high you need to cut it.

Good Morning I have been meaning to write this review. I came into this location and had a bad experience. I wrote a bad review. But now I want to say that I went back into the store and dealt with Shaneza (I am sorry I may have spelled your name wrong) & Jennifer. They were so nice they went above and beyond and I just want you to know that it is greatly appreciated. They fixed the problem.

The checkout line was long but moved fast for black Friday. The were great deals throughout the entire store. Staff was available, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a complete joy to shop in this store today.
