I had My hair cut yesterday by takeyha and I just wanted to say she is so sweet and I have never had anyone put as much effort into making My hair look how I wanted it its so hard to find a good stylist these days i will definitely be back i highly recommend going to see her I have struggled with self confidence now for awhile I have hated My hair for such a long time and she made me feel good about myself again and I have a new boost of confidence after my cut and I feel so grown it just looks so good I'm obsessed thank you takeyha

My struggle is one with tears following EVERY hair cut after deciding to cut my hair off. Every month I would find a new place to try, pray, and hope for a good outcome. The last place before this ULTA was the straw that broke the camel's back. I went almost two months without a haircut after that, afraid.

Two months passed and I was desperate. My hair had grown into an unprofessional mess, and I needed a haircut badly. When I went to Mercedes, she immediately put my mind at ease. She showed me a photo of her own hair cut similar to my desired style and her hair texture was similar to mine. I knew she at least understood my hair texture. But she also understood that I wanted something edgy, but not too edgy bec I work in corporate. She understood how I wanted my hair lined, but that I didn't want to look boyish. My cut is perfect.

I could have cried when she was done, happy tears. I was sooo please with my haircut. I WILL be back every three weeks, or every month. I WILL be brining my curly daughters in to see her as well.

Feels like a burden has been lifted. You know our hair/crown means so much to us.

This is a review for Mercedes, a Master Stylist at the Ulta Flo location.

I walked into Ulta hoping to make an appt to get my hair cut within a short notice, and Mercedes greeted me with a smile. I have a short hairstyle, so am always apprehensive about a new (to me) stylist, but she put me at ease. She was confident and kind. Mercedes gave me exactly what I wanted, and I have gotten SO many compliments on my hair. She also gave me some excellent advice on color removal. I really appreciate stylists like her!!

Jehan made my experience at ultra phenomenal. She was super knowledgeable about the different colognes & Perfumes. She also brought out some different products from the back for me to Try. I usually don’t sign up for reward programs but she really made me feel welcome & happy I be there. Once again Thank you Jehan

The have literally every beauty product you could ever need or even the things you don't need here. The store is always clean and well organized. Only bad thing is the time you lose once your inside. It's hard to not look at everything and you always leave with more than you came for but they have a great rewards program so it's money well spent. Also, Jessica in their salon did a great job with my hair!!

I just want to rave about the store manager, Shalisa. I had a makeup appt at this location, there was a hiccup in their system and the makeup artist was unable to take care of me. Needless to say I was upset bc of a very important event that I was scheduled to attend. I wanted to get dolled up for the occasion.
I was about to leave (upset), Ms Shalisa and Chantel (I believe was her name) helped me calm down and gather my nerves! Ms Shalisa sat me down in a chair and did my make up! To me this speaks to the core of who she is. She could have made the decision to just apologize and let me leave, but she literally took care of me, attended to customers shopping, and checked in with her employees at the same time. She is great!

My daughter is crazy about this store.

Absolutely shocked by this gem! I’ve lived in or around Florissant all my life and I hadn’t ever been in this store until yesterday. This store is SO NICE! The staff is attentive, helpful and HAPPY, which is sometimes hard to find. I’m so thankful we have this store in Florissant. I will definitely be back!!

This place is pretty upscale so don't look for certain items. I like tis place though. The women are nice and helpful and it was super easy to return the magnetic lashes that wouldn't work for me. But please can you all get Pump It Up and Ampro Gel in there.

Great experience, I walked in to pick up the stuff I ordered online and ended up walking around the store getting by the time I checked out I owed half of what I came in owing and got 4 more items!! I signed up for their credit card so I got 20% off of there, another $5 off for spending a little more so the more I bought the more I saved! Walked out with $100 worth of stuff and spent less then $11!! (I would post pics but it's my kids Christmas presents lol)

Awesome team and awesome sweet manager. She very attentive and always speaks. Always helpful and intune. I think she needs more help even though she can handle it. I also thinks she needs security in the store. I purchased some lip gloss and setting spray.

This is a great location. I've rarely had issues shopping there. Staff is friendly and helpful. This location does NOT have NARS. If I had anything negative to say, that would be it.

Angelita is an Awesome addition and Manager in this store. Before she took over, there was definitely a more somber" just get your stuff and get out" sort of vibe. I most definitely see and feel the change and God knows I spend more money....

I came in for the first time today and was assisted by a beautiful young woman who's name I'm not sure how to spell, but pronounced (Ja-Hawn)...she helped me find exactly what I needed and also respected my space to shop on my own. Wonderful experience and will be shopping here for all of my skincare products in the future!

First time in this store and I fell in love! The variety of things they have, the wonderful customer service, and the atmosphere are just absolutely amazing! I cant wait to go back

I thought they were very friendly. The guy always made sure i was finding what i needed. We even had a great conversation together. Then he checked me out and talked some more! I honestly loved it!

It's no Sephora, but I love this place anyway. They don't carry my high-end makeup must haves like ysl babydoll mascara or viktor rolf fragrances, BUT they do have my Prada Candy and a wonderful nyx aisle. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was helpful! I even had my hair washed and cut! Alicea did an excellent job!! I wish I could remember everyone's name because they were great!

Jessica, the master stylist is just that! She diid a phenomenal job on my hair. Its a bit more than I lime to spend but worth every penny! Thank you Jessica!
