The service and customer service were great! The staff is friendly. They took their time and made sure that I was satisfied with their services. My daughters are in love with their acrylic nails. We will definitely go back again.

my friend is a regular and brought me here or else i would’ve never known about this place. idk how it has so many negative reviews. Jay was awesome and really nice. another guy ended up doing my nails and i don’t know his name but he was good too. he even fixed my nail after i bumped it and i wasn’t even going to say anything since it was my fault.

My mother and I go in here all the time to get our nails done and our eyebrows and pedicures. It's a wonderful atmosphere the people are nice they listen to you they do your nails the way you want them done not the way that they want them done I would recommend anyone to go here

Theresa is the best!! I have been getting my nails done for a long time, no one can achieve what I want better. Any request I have given her, she has nailed 🤩🤩🤩

Fast, good quality, and friendly. I got a mint freeze gel pedicure and eyebrow wax and was in and out in an hour.

I absolutely love this nail salon, they have great customer service and they follow Covid protocol to keep their staff and customers safe. I usually get my nails done by Teresa and they always look exactly how I want them

If you’re like me and make choices about a place based on scanning through and seeing ‘4.3 stars with 190 reviews’ DO NOT let that stop you from coming here!!! The overall rating was obviously dragged down by an ignorant few, and honestly the owner’s comments back are kind of fantastic! I had one of the best pedicures of my life today!! I sprung for the extra $10 to get more massage so I paid $40. So cheap. This is the only place I’ll have touch my toes!!!

This place has been my go to nail salon for years! They give the best pedicures and actually take their time when massaging your feet and legs compared to other salons! Teresa always does my nails so good and they come out looking great everytime! Love love love this place

I decided to try queen nail and spa and I am very happy! My nails are shaped perfect! The prices are a lot better than orchid nail salon where I usually go it was $10 cheaper for the same service and the quality was better.

A lady there did my nails in about an hour and 15 minutes, I wanted acrylic nails in a coffin shape. I picked a normal color but wanted my middle and ring finger to be a sparkly version of the main color. The price came to about $55 which is very standard in my opinion and fair, that price is not including the tip. She was very careful, fast paced, and overall wonderful! She didn’t speak much English, however she completely understood what I was saying and was extremely kind! I would absolutely come back and let her do my nails again! :))

Great place to go! Nail Techs all kind and very gentle. I'm very ticklish and it's always bearable getting my feet done with my wifey.

Been a while since I could get here, and I missed it! (Thanks COVID! Jerk.) I usually get a full set of acrylics, which always run out fantastic, but today I just got a manicure.

The artists here are top notch, and the prices are not insane like some places I have been.

Thus far over the time I've been coming here, I've gotten acrylics, pedicures and now a manicure. No matter the service, it has always been a wonderful experience!

I've been coming here for almost 5 months regularly (every 2-3 weeks), and I LOVE this place! There's never a very long wait and you are greeted at the door. Teresa always does a really great job with nails and is very creative. The shop is clean and the entire staff is very friendly.

The gentleman that did my nails was extremely professional and friendly. My full set came out very neat & nice. He was very efficient and quick as well.

My first time here, I really enjoyed it. My husband got a pedicure and I got a shellac manicure. It was quick and easy. My nails look good and I think the prices were great! Definitely would recommend, especially if someone you’re with is shopping and you need something to do. Great service!
