I had a very pleasant experience with lazy boy. I went in on a Saturday, which was very busy, but managed to still get greeted and acknowledged as I walked in the door. My sales associate was Richard, and he made the process of finding what I needed very pleasant and stress free. At the end, I was able to get a special deal with a protection plan and delivery all at an affordable price. I was highly satisfied in this visit, and I will be returning again and looking forward to also working with Richard again.

We had the most positive experience at La-Z-Boy in Pooler, GA. Our associate, Peggy, was knowledgeable and helped us order exactly what we wanted. The whole staff was friendly. The designer helped me find a lovely rug, and the manager was helpful and kind. Best furniture purchasing experience we’ve ever had. Very thankful for all their help!

Lee and Pooja were the two employees that helped me choose the right living room furniture for my needs and were instrumental with the design. They came to my house for measurements and then presented a 3d powerpoint showing how it would look in my house. They were extremely patient with me as I have a tendency to change things as I go. They were very helpful with my purchase and I highly recommend them.

Shout out to salesman Richard at La-Z-Boy in Pooler! We went to Havertys, Ashley, Rooms That Blow, and Richard was the best. The warranty, build quality, and comfort of the couch we decided on all all are top notch, but Richard was the star. Went above to keep us in budget and was honest. Go see Richard!

Today, Lee and interior designer Damini, performed a minor miracle...they presented my partner and I with furnishings that, for the first time in our relationship, my partner and I both love. It started with a recliner...which quickly became two, a carpet, some accent pieces that they had to perform feats of balance and minor acrobatics to actually sell, and a peacock that I will figure out how to hunt down a replica of...They are also gearing up to perform a second, perhaps even more impressive miracle...a sofa we both want. We enjoyed working with them both and are looking forward to thier future assistance in pulling our two very different styles together to create a relaxing home space... A place which is both tasteful and representative of us both. Thank you so very much!

The service was top notch. They answered all our questions and we came out with a beautiful La-Z-Boy chair. They had so many to choose from a beautiful gallery.

Natasha and Pooja were helpful in our furniture selection. The in home consultation helped us envision what we wanted for our family and TV room. Excellent attention to detail and matching colors. Andrew creates a friendly environment with no pressure.

Great experience. Large selection and you can mix and match fabrics, features to customize your couch. Will be going back. Still deciding on some features.

We moved to Savannah recently, but had a great experience with La-Z-Boy in Atlanta when we furnished out last house. This store has stepped up the game and makes the trip to Pooler worthwhile.

Chris Greene greeted us in the showroom. He listened to what we wanted to do and was very effective in narrowing down useful pieces from the overwhelming selection in the showroom. We downsized to an older home, so our Atlanta furniture and rugs just didn’t work.

Even more challenging, our house is 46 years old, we’re the 6th owners, and each had made changes. It has a great view, and we wanted a theme that echoed those colors but also could accommodate company and send a message of comfort and welcome.

Chris introduced us to the design team, Damini and Pooja Patel, SCAD trained professional designers. All three came to the house and took detailed measurements of EVERYTHING in the rooms we wanted to furnish. They reviewed traffic flow, must haves, my awkward and imposing electronics and massive TVs.

The following week, we returned to the store so they could present an initial design and review some furniture options. This was a massive relief because we have zero ability to walk into a large showroom and understand what works and what does not.

They used design software to create scale models of our rooms with the furniture they recommended and the pieces we are keeping. We discussed this and color palettes for a couple of hours and left. The following week, they showed us the revised plan incorporated our earlier discussion. It was perfect. The store manager worked with us on pricing which we felt was very fair and reasonable. The design service cost nothing.

The furniture will take several months to arrive, which we expected. Custom furniture always has taken 2-3 months, but current conditions have extended that a bit. No business can afford to stock every possible piece in every variation, but this also means that we’ll get exactly what we want in the colors and fabrics that are right for us. Kudos to the store and staff for an outstanding experience. Thank you!

I came to the LaZboy store in Pooler, GA and my shopping experience was superb, Richard (Lee) was awesome with helping me get the best possible Deal. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care from the time I entered from helping me find the right chair to making sure I had the right protection plan.

Our shopping experience at La-Z-Boy was great. We were greeted by the salesman, Scott Smith. We shared we were shopping for new recliners and wanted to look around the store and test some out. He gave us the space we needed to browse, sit in some of the recliners, and was available to answer our questions when we were ready. It was so nice to be able to browse at our leisure without feeling pressured.

Scott gave us some points to consider when we left the store to look at some other furniture stores.

We ultimately made the decision to purchase 2 recliners from La-Z-Boy based on the lifetime warranty provided on the mechanisms of the chairs, the quality, and the great shopping experience provided by Scott. I highly recommend asking for Scott and shopping at La-Z-Boy.

The sales staff and designers were very knowledgeable and helpful, they took time to lay all potential punches out on paper.the delivery crew was terrific, neat and careful. The store manager was also readily available with financing suggestions. Overall it was very easy. The products also seem very well constructed.

I can’t wait. So excited! I’m getting a new couch from La-Z-Boy. Their quality is specifically what I was reaching for. I’m tired of furniture stores with furniture that will only last 4/5 years. Not here. Thank you beautiful associates for guiding me into the look I wished to achieve in my home space!

We had an amazing experience with our salesman Johnathan. At no time did he push the sell. He listened to our needs and wants. When we told him we had pets, he showed us fabrics that would work best with pets. He showed us different models that worked for us. For example, we didn't want a couch that made it feel like your head made your neck bend forward (short people problems). We can wait to design our next room with them.

Latasha White was my sales person she was fantastic great personality, wonderful person to work with. Play me feel so comfortable. The chair I purchase is very comfortable knowing I have the seven day return policy helps me a lot to know if it’s not as comfortable when I give it at home I can return it. The manager also was there he was fantastic. Oh sorry I don’t remember his name but he was wonderful, so I just want to post is anybody else free to go to the store and if you can ask for Latasha.
