I would like to publicly thank the entire staff at the Sherwin Williams Port St. Lucie location. They are always extremely knowledgeable about the paint and the process. They are willing to solve and fix problems and continue to make the client happy.

I purchased a new house near this store and did not have a lot of information on the interior color and finish when I entered the store. Justin and Brandon went above and beyond to help me get the right color and finish. I would give them well beyond 5 stars if I could, one of the best customer service experiences I've had. The store is also very clean and organized, I appreciate all who work there.

I had such wonderful experience at this store. The employees are always happy which creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. By far the best place that I have ever bought paint from. I have been going here for about 10 years now, buying paint and products (interior and exterior) for a variety of homes, investment properties and even for community event projects that required a little painting and artistry. I have always known this store to have exceptional customer service, but I have never taken the time to review it. My last experience at the store prompted me to finally come to your page and sing your praises.

The care and attention I have received as a customer at this store is 5 star! Every single interaction, whether by phone or in person, has been above standard. Aside from the great pricing I get, I get awesome colors to choose from and a wealth of product knowledge. There happened to be a huge mistake made with the color (5 gallon!) on my last purchase at the store. I don't know whether the issue was with me or with the store. But I do know that the manager, JP, not only fixed the problem, but made sure that I did not pay for the mistake in any way and provided me with brand new paint without question. I was truly stunned at his gesture and I can say that he has earned my repeat business infinitely into the future.

So, thank you to the PSL Blvd. location in PSL and keep up the great customer service. It is noted and appreciated!

Great customer service!!! John spent about 30 minutes helping me understand the ins and outs of exterior paint. I have lived all over the country and done business with many Sherwin Williams stores. This one was probably the best... and John is definitely the most helpful employee I’ve ever encountered!!! 😁

Jordon is very helpful and deserves an assistant manager position! He helped me pick out the right color of pink for my room and made sure I was using the correct tools to apply the paint. 10/10 service!

John was patient and took his time trying to assist me in the selection of a slight color offset on the interior of my home. What was very helpful was leaving w/3 samples of paint for a modest cost. Once home, after shaking each one up, I applied each one in a nice 12" long strip by 6" wide
strip on one wall. After drying it was clearly apparent the correct color choice and I called John and he had the 5 gallon bucket ready to go. Painless, educational, experience from all the guys at this store but John was my main point of contact and my builder used Sherwin-Williams and so did I. Excellent service and very experienced staff will help you find the color and the type of paint that will serve you best for the longest period. And another positive sign was the number of commercial painters in there buying paint for the homes they were working on! When you see the pro's buying paint in bulk beside you...something is obviously very good and very reliable about Sherwin-Williams and their educated/experienced staff in each store.

Manager did what he could to keep our cost down which was awesome. With recent sale we were able to get materials to paint large master bedroom with quality paint for less than $75

I went to the Gatlin store and was very pleased with Jordon. He not only was very pleasant, he was helpful with my color selection. I was in & out of the store quickly as Jordon knew his job well.

Truly efficient and personalized customer service from JP and the rest of the staff. It was a real pleasure to shop at this location. Pricing is outstanding, and they also speak Spanish.

The store on PSL Blvd. is the best. I am an Interior Designer and I love Sherwin Williams paint. Living in Florida, the outside paint takes a beating from the sun. After 20 years, I had my house painted for the 3rd time. Whereas my neighbor painted theirs (with another popular brand) 5 years ago and it is faded and needs anew coat of paint.
