My family and I had an amazing experience getting a couple suits for my sister's wedding. Ms Gail was beyond professional and helpful, especially for someone like me, who has never bought a suit before! I'd definitely visit again and recommend this store to friends and family!

I was greeted immediately upon entering. Once inside Rochelle asked if she could help me. Her customer service was top notch! I appreciated her finding and matching up not only 1 but 2 options for me to buy for my husband.

Attentive staff and they greet you as soon as you arrive in the store. They ask open ended questions about your visit and display a genuine concern for the look you are trying to put together.

Store is always clean and easy to navigate. Measurements are always recommended and I honesty can’t get out of there without ending up in the fitting room lol. The staff has changed over the years and it looks as if the outlet itself has less workers per store, but always a pleasure when I visit brooks brothers.

Been shopping at BB for over 30 years. The outlet store in Pooler is nicer and better organized than any other location I have been to that I can remember. Great selection, and friendly staff. The employee I dealt with was Patrice. She couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, and professional. Will for sure return and highly recommend.

Bucket list item - be able to afford something from Brooks Brothers. The store is very clean. The employees are so nice and professional. The clothes are beautiful. I stroll through here on a regular basis & dream. Wish it was more of an outlet store that I could afford.

James and Nancy were extremely nice and helpful. Easily one of the best clothing store experiences I've ever had, and will be my go-to store for suits and sports coats in the future. Prices were reasonable, but the helpful staff is what sets this store apart.

We celebrated 200 years this month and take great pride in dressing Men and Women with quality clothing that celebrates the historic timeless fashion we began. Our store is factory so our prices are a bit lower than the retail B.B. but our quality is unsurpassed.

Great prices and slections! Had to buy 3 pair of shoes. The sales lady was super friendly and helpful, I almost bought three more pairs 😄

They have the best customer engagement EVER!! The ladies were absolute dolls. They were attentive and helpful. I would come back just to visit them.

I lovvvvvvvve lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve shopping at brooks brothers clothing store , they’re clothes are of great quality and you can find great deals within the store when you do walk-ins, online it’s a bit more pricey, for years I only shopped online, they also give military discounts which is amazing and also a awesome thing for veterans , I shop here any chance that I get and would definitely recommend this store to anybody, the customer service is great as well, thanks brooks brothers.....

The staff here is friendly and helpful. This location is is one of my favorite Brooks Brothers stores. I visit it a couple of times a year.

July 3, great sales going on. Staff was ever so helpful. For H&M, Talbots, Brooks Bros, park down by Texas Roadhouse.
