Clothes go in Monday and come back Wednesday, Perfectly washed and pressed. Kind folks behind the desk, too. Prices very reasonable. No reason not to come here.

I moved to this dry cleaner for convenience. At first, things were okay. I typically ask that items are pressed flat,so as not to crease jeans or shorts that did not come with a permanent crease. I think they messed up that request once. No big deal. I picked up a shirt a few weeks ago that was purchased white and is now pink. The first time I brought it the young lady's attention even she said , yeah it's pink. She sId she would tall with the manager. Apparently, that didn't happen so when I picked it up after the first redo, it was still pink. This time a young man helped me. He called someone who said they could try some things and it would be no charge. I picked it up today to find a handwritten note stating that the shirt was never white. Mistakes happen and I understand that. But I purchased the shirt and I know what color it was. The fact that as a business you decided to not take ownership of your mistake is annoying. I will jo longer do business with someone that finds it okay to mess up people's clothes and then blame the customer.

Run as fast as you can AWAY from this place!! The manager lacks skills in communication and customer care. All they want is to take your money and run. When charging a premium price for a dress ($50+ cleaning) you expect to get quality care. Not here! My bridesmaid dress came back with buttons lost and broken and not even an apology from manager. She did not try to make the situation right. She actually had audacity to tell me if I found specialty buttons she would not charge me $2.5 to sew back on acting as if she’s doing me a favor for something she broke and lost. This isn’t just a typical tshirt. It’s a dress with buttons down the back and 4 we’re missing. The office girls were nice however the manager lacked any care or concern and acted as if I was the bad guy for questioning why my dress came back ruined. It could have been a completely different review if she would have at least ACTED like she cared and tried to show some empathy. They do not stand behind their products and clearly don’t take pride in their work or care about their customers. Just looking for a fast buck. If I could give no stars I would!!!

I’m a pretty understanding person. At the end of the day it’s not even about the buttons…it’s about her rude callous demeanor and how she speaks to customers. Judging by multiple reviews at both her locations …I’m not the only person who has run into this problem.

Horrible experience. Charged me $5.00 per dress shirt because they were slim fit. lol. I was penalized for being slim. Even in the upscale Hilton Head area my shirts are just over $3 a shirt. To top it off, the shirts looked horrible when I picked them up. I will never return.

This place is terrible , if u could give no stars, I would . Nasty nasty people. Do not do business with them or you will be out of tons of money ! They do not take accountability for their mistakes and make them right with their customers . SCAMMERS !

I have a white Comforter. I spilled elderberry juice on it and took it and to get it clean. So when I got it back I was OK with them not being able to get all of the stain out from the juice because I could just flip the comforter over to the other side. But when I opened it up after they cleaned it and I flip to the other side it was brown stains on it that I have never had on it before where they messed my cover up so I can’t have it on either side. I Will never risk taking anything there to get cleaned again just to get messed up.

DO NOT USE! STOLE MY CLOTHES!! TERRIBLE OWNERS! We just spoke liar! DO NOT USE THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! THEY ARE THIEVES!
