I rarely give out a “True American Entrepreneur” review for a business, but in this case, Carma deserves such a review hands down.

A well deserved, earned, and demonstrated recognition for a job well done.

With absolutely nothing to gain, Carma provided a straight forward, accurate assessment of my vehicle’s status and delivered an “only what was needed for safety solution” as well as a list of prioritized additional recommend-ended fixes once I was back home from my vacation.

Rarely do you find a group of people who will do you right simply because it is “the right thing to do”.

I believe this reflects the TRUE, HARD WORKING, ALWAYS DO WHAT IS RIGHT Americana work ethic that continues to sustain the USA as the one place you can truly succeed AND make a difference in the lives of others that really MATTERS.

I recently brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a brake inspection / service for a suspected sticking caliper. The owner was at the front desk and was very kind and willing to discuss the issue at length, to determine the needs of the repair. The shop was thorough and communicated their findings, recommendations and cost as soon as they diagnosed the issue. The owner gave realistic expectations for services and was able to complete the work within a timeframe I requested without neglecting proper services. I will absolutely bring my cars for work!

Good experience at this shop. They stand behind their work, ethical, communicative, & competent at diagnostics. Price is fair. I’m so thankful I found this shop as we’re fairly new to the area and it’s difficult to find reputable mechanics. Will definitely be back next time I have a mechanical issue.

I recently just moved to Savannah and needed to find a shop that would do services on my Alfa Romeo. CARma was the only shop that would service my car after I called every other shop that claimed to have specialized in European cars. This shop took great care of me and also my vehicle! Everything was smooth, easy and also I had confidence this shop would do a great job and I was right. Will be continuing to take my car here for further services.

Nice people who do good work with even quicker service. I came in to get my spark plugs and fuel injectors changed as well as an engine carbon cleaning and now she runs so smoothly. Great help from the folks at CARma!

I went in with engine concerns. Thank God they gave me the good news and a diagnosis of what my issue was. First, they worked me in very quickly. They were efficient, and I had my car back rather quickly. I had photos with proof of issue and an estimate on the fix. They were so professional and fast. Now, I elected to wait on the repair for a little longer, so I will update everyone on what the final outcome will be, but for now, I'm totally happy with what has transpired thus far. I definitely recommend them.

For three years since moving to Savannah I have taken my Mini Cooper to CARma Auto Care and have been extremely satisfied with their expertise! Everyone is professional and courteous. The team at CARma Auto Care is 2nd to none! Very professional and knowledgeable about not only the problem with your vehicle but also the communication and courtesy in which they deal with the customer. I have had different repairs done with different vehicles over the past year or so, but just the other day I was arriving to drop off my vehicle for scheduled work, Christian had a young man come to the office who was concerned about and oil sensor. I don't recall the specifics per say, but I can tell you that Christian thoroughly explained the options to the young man and gave him a sense of peace as he was concerned if he could safely operate the vehicle until the work was done. In other words, no scare tactics, no upsell, just an honest assessment of the situation and recommendations rooted in integrity and wisdom. I affectionately call the core team I have gotten to know (Mrs Moira, Cassidy, & Christian) as the Avengers : ) as they have demonstrated a sincere interest in protecting your vehicle and providing a quality service at a reasonable cost . . .Since I haven't been to every shop within Chatham County perhaps it would be premature to say that CARma is "by far the best" . .. but I've been to alot in this area and beyond and I can say you would be hard pressed to find a better team to take care of your vehicle.

dropped my car off for an engine light diagnostic. received the results in a timely manner and was informed that they could fix it the same day. customer service was great as well. would use their service again.

Mechanic shops that service Jaguars are few and far between in the Savannah area. I called most, if not all to get my Jaguar XE serviced and they all had weeks long wait times for appointments. Fortunately, I happened to stumble across CARma and they were able to get me in right away. They sent me a quote before I ever dropped off the car (and that's exactly what I paid) they never tried to upsell me on anything, and they ran a complete diagnostic for me and sent me the results. Rare to find honest and trustworthy mechanics these days.
10/10 CARma will be the shop I use from here on out.

Great auto repair shop for Euro cars. The ladies at the front desk are very courteous and knowledgeable and will accomodate your schedule. The mechanic does a great job of letting you know exactly what work you need, how long the repair takes and the cost.
Plan to make CarMa my regular auto repair shop.

SO AWESOME !! Great work PLUS took me in on short notice and did the work while I was business traveling out of state. Love them !! Complete diagnostics too and caught my late oil change.

I just used Carma to replace my Mini battery and once again the service was impeccable! Knowing I have such a professional provider in town is great.

I was very pleased to be able to have my Mini serviced locally vs driving to Charleston or Jacksonville. They ordered the part that needed to be replaced, made an appointment so that I could get it replaced while I was there and exceeded all my expectations. Great service with text alerts and conversations.

Service was excellent, they were honest and professional and gave me details about every issue concerning my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest and professional services.

Routine car service (oil change, tire rotation), included a complete review of the vehicle, stem to stern. I waited for my car and it was back in my hands in about an hour. Terrific service from everyone involved.

I will 1000x over again use CARma! I have recently struggled with bigger name shops.. I’ll go in with one problem, and leave with 2 others. I shared my frustration with CARma, and the owner themselves felt for me & waived a huge fee for me! Not only did they do this, but unlike other shops, she told me what i could have done, BUT also said it’s not something that is urgent or is going to cause any issues. Now, if this was any other shop- they would have told me i HAD to do it just to get my money!!! I will forever be a client with CARma!!

I needed my older car checked out thoroughly for an upcoming road trip. CARma inspected my car in a timely manner and kept me updated on their findings. I was emailed the detailed report along with an estimate and picture of a problem that was found. I would totally recommend this business.

Since we moved to Pooler this place has been our go to. They communicate effectively and send updates via text. They respond quickly and answers questions with ease.
