Simyra was AMAZING! My partner and I started out ring search journey yesterday and she showed us so many options and was very patient with us. She provided advice of our ring sizing and she wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us anything but more so like a friend giving advice! Although we will shop other jewelry stores just for options her impression on us will definitely be long lasting and most likely we will spend our money with her! The service here was wonderful. Everyone of the sales rep’s maid sure to greet everyone that walked in the store and took terns making sure that everyone was okay. It was a joy to see such wonderful teamwork. My sales associate was amazing from beginning to end. My husband wanted to get me an anniversary band, but the design I wanted was no longer available in stores or online. Miriam assisted us in trying to special order first, and when the band was unavailable, she helped us to find a lovely anniversary band.

I bought my wives engagement ring from Erika. As well as her 1st wedding band from Erika along with both of of our wedding presents to each other. My beautiful wife wanted another wedding band and Angel came through for me on that. They all work great together. I unfortunately broke my wedding band and the manager Miriam came through for me in the way a true manager does. Thanks for saving my marriage cause if it wouldn’t of gotten replaced I’d be getting a divorce instead of a kiss from my wife as we’re picking up the ring. Excellent customer service from Meka and the manager Stacey! Always a pleasant experience. Our family has made multiple purchases at this location and have always received patient help in finding just what we are looking for as well as good deals. From start to finish my experience in this store was outstanding. I was greeted by the store manager Jonathan who was glad to help me. I went in to get my Invicta watch battery checked. Not only did they fix my watch they cleaned it and offered to clean my rings too. I left a happy customer. The store setting was very professional and so were the staff. I honestly give them a 10 but I guess a 5 will do.

Walking into the store was greeted even from the back of the store I heard the greeting. Jonathan helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was very undecided on what like or would want because I had a over four carrots on my previous ring and it was stolen so this meant a lot to me.he was paying to detail with other customers and well as me. This is the type of service that many companies need to hire very genuine and patience people in this kind of business.None of the customer felt like they lefted out with only two people in the store. Had my platinum engagement and wedding band enlarged each by 2 sizes. Looks like it was never touched. No lines, sodding markings. Good, clean craftsmanship. Like the day my husband placed it on my finger.

All of the ladies at this location are amazing! I am a frequent shopper and my experience is always personal! I am greeted by name and everyone is patient with me! Jameka is my personal associate and she understands my needs and always applies my wants to cater my shopping experience. I love this location and these ladies for assisting me!
