Ryan was absolutely wonderful. I walked in ten minutes till closing and with an issue, and he still had such a great attitude and was amazing! He made my night! Thank you for having wonderful employees!

Absolutely love hitting this place up for our ski trips. Tanger Outlet Pooler Georgia is amazing, but St Augustine needs to get on their game and stock more. Very friendly employees and amazing inventory except for a few items, but with the prices I don't doubt things get grabbed at quick.

The Columbia Factory Stores always have killer prices for great outdoors clothing. But the crew working here went far above and beyond with customer service then what I have experience at many of the other ones across the region.

Our first visit to this store on the way back home. It is always my go to brand and whenever I can I shop there. The shirts, slacks, jackets fit well and last. We were looking at some of our travel photos and realized that some of my travel clothes are Columbia. Yes my closets are full, I am due to renew since the photos dated from 5 to 7 years.

Pooler has a great outlet store selection and this store is my top 5. I get seasons ahead and presents! Try this great store. Staff is helpful. Men, women, young people too. Shoes to clothing, hats to gear- it’s always a sale!

Love their clothes & jackets for adults & babies. Great sales & love the perks u get when u sign up with your email every time u buy something u get points when u accumulated enough points they email u your rewards. Awesome place

Got plenty of outdoor wear and the prices aren't as high as most department stores. Great quality clothing.
