I dealt with three staff members in reserving a storage unit and moving truck and when I picked up the truck on moving day. All three were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They walked me through every step of the rental process, gave me expert advice on how to drive, load, and unload the truck, and thoroughly sanitized the cab before my departure. My storage unit was immaculately clean, and the grounds/facility are well-kept. It is truly a pleasure to do business here, and I could not recommend General Storage more highly!

All of my experiences with the staff have been pleasant, but one of the ladies is exceptional as she went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with an issue! That wonderful young lady is Ashley! She's a doll & her bosses need to know they made a great choice when hiring her! She's personable & very knowledgeable!
