Bebop's Bakery and Bistro

I reached out to Bebop’s to make my sister’s custom graduation cake in April. They were extremely easy to work with and had reasonable prices. The cake itself turned out absolutely adorable, as you can see from the photos. She loved the surprise! Our group devoured the cake. My grandma doesn’t typically like frosting but went on and on about how much she loved it on this particular cake. Thank you Bebop’s for the outstanding customer service and the delicious cake☺

I rarely give 5 star reviews and who would have thought that I would find this bakery and bistro in Royston. Friendly, helpful staff. The portions are huge, the burger amazing. Dessert and bakery items. We had chocolate cake and cheesecake, delish!

We are staying at Victoria Bryant state park and went for lunch then came back the same day for dinner. Both meals were yummy and we all enjoyed the food. Parking is limited, we circled the block and walked.

WHAT A FIND in downtown Royston y’all! If you haven’t given this place a try you owe it to yourself to stop by. I was driving through and saw some very happy looking customers snacking on some pretty spectacular looking yummies so I HAD to make a pit stop. Boy am I glad I did. This place hits all the boxes for me

You won’t find a better home town feel! The owners have hearts of gold and provide excellent quality food, desserts, & pastries. They love to serve the community and give back. The gift shop attached is also nice to browse as you wait for your order.

BeBop’s catered my daughter’s graduation from Emmanuel University in December 2023. Everything was spectacular. The venue was decorated with beautiful Christmas decorations. We only had to add a few graduation decorations. The pizza, cupcakes, and cookies were delicious. In fact, BeBop’s will be doing some wedding cookies for my daughter’s cookie table at her wedding this coming October. If you need something catered this is the place.

If you are ever in the area you HAVE TO COME HERE!! The owners are the sweetest people and go above and beyond for their customers and community! Best coffee, cake and food!!! I came over an hour and will do it again!!

The house smoked corned beef made for the best Reuben sandwich I have had in years. The pasta salad was a perfect balance of pasta, peppers, chick peas and beans in an Italian style dressing. And the accompanying dill pickle was as perfect as they come!

I picked up donuts for later. It was hard to choose, but I went with an apple fritter (a solid treat to benchmark quality) and a Bavarian cream filled almond joy bar shown solo in the togo boxes. The almond joy bar is topped with coconut, almonds and chocolate, of course.

My companion chose a chocolate covered raspberry filled bar and a raised glazed donut (his benchmark treat.)

Our party of three stopped by on a Saturday afternoon as we were passing through town and so glad we did! The customer service we received was top notch! The vegetable beef soup was perfect on a cold day and the chicken salad sandwich pared with it was just as incredible. The croissant was light and flaky. The burger was juicy and full of flavor and the sub sandwich was just as flavorful! We were too stuffed for dessert, but this gives us an excuse to visit again!

I was getting my truck looked at nearby, and the owner said it would be awhile try
BeBops around the corner. Came in about 9:30 and was greeted by all behind the counter. I ordered coffee, water, and an omelet. A few minutes later, all was brought to me. The coffee was good and hot. The omelet was made just like I would have done it. The place was quiet and relaxing. I will be back to try other menu items.

The absolute best Reuben sandwich south of the Mason Dixon line!! A great little spot to be treated wonderfully, fed real well and with a pure, wholesome family environment!!!

Funky little place with great donuts and tasty sandwiches. All over seen by a pleasant and helpful staff. Just wish it was not so far away, you need to open a branch in Athens.

My only cavate is that the coffee was just average, think it needed to be brewed stronger.

My husband and I love coming to BeBop's! We travel 30 minutes from our home to partake in their delicious goodies! Their friendly staff makes the food taste even better! They've got a huge selection of baked goods, sweet treats, coffee drinks and specialty holiday items. You can buy a whole cake or just a slice! But go early if you're wanting something in particular! Their chocolate-covered bacon and in-house-made macarons sell out super fast. We also really enjoy eating off of their omelette menu! They are HUGE! I always end up carrying home a doggie bag of snacks for later. The decor leaves a lot to be desired, but the food is so good you don't even notice it.

The shrimp & grits are rocking good! We got them to go and the cook was thoughtful in having the shrimp separate so they don’t over cook in the luscious bacony grits. I could swim these grits. We are so glad we stopped in here after driving by it every time we go to Royston. Cool atmosphere, very friendly folks, love the donuts. Great to have a place like this out here in our area. Royston is coming up because of places like this.

Great quality food for a reasonable price. The 1/2 pound smoked angus burger was excellent. What a great all around place, I can’t wait to come back and try more of their food.

Everything was delicious! We had lunch here and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere! Very kind and sweet people! My daughter loves their "bubble tea" and their coffee is our fave from jittery joes! Desserts are to die for! Amazing place! Def worth the visit if you are in the area.🙏💐🌞 Thanks Again!

One of my favorite places to grab a quick sandwich and great tomato basil soup and occasional iced coffee. I have bought several plants from here also. The new addition carries lots of cute pens, key chains, badge holders etc. with Georgia bulldog (and other team items as well).They also carry local art. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff is efficient & pleasant. Food is excellent. Our favorite was an eclair baby cake. Have only been a couple times. Looking forward to trying more options.

We stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The restraunt was just about full. We were greeted upon entry. The staff was very friendly. The food was very good and fresh. Meal was made to order and come out within a reasonable time period. We met the owner who was very nice and walked us through the store next door. This is a family ran restraunt. We will be back again and will definitely get a slice of cake.
