Finding a good deal is hard to come by at times. Doing business with a good sales person is always fun. And that's why I'm writing this review to let you all know that Badcock is great store to shop at but to me their top sale associates Marcus is the most knowledgeable person my husband and I know in that store. Marcus you are one of a kind not only my Husband opened up an account with you but you got me to where I was very comfortable to opening up a account as well. The bedroom suit was all I have been asking for. Thank you so much Marcus for great customer service. My Husband and I appreciate you very much and will tell everyone we know to come see you, and for those who are reading this please ask for Marcus.

Oh my goodness! I met my sister at the Dallas location today and couldn't believe the deals that were available. Lots of sofas, chairs and more on clearance and I got the BEST deal ever on a beautiful television stand. I had been searching for something for my son's new TV and was looking at a $70 option for a particleboard/fiberboard at IKEA. I am so glad I waited because I got this gorgeous piece today marked down from $399 to $74!!! Yay me. If you have some time, stop by and see what they have for you too. The pic really doesn't do it justice as I was trying to take it while it was between two sofas, and the little place on top is just a sticker mark that can easily be removed. I am thrilled! Also, everyone in the store was incredibly helpful and kind. The store's owner made sure we were well taken care of as well.

I love this store. I have purchased my dinning room set, living room set and 2 bedroom sets from this location. Everyone one is always so pleasant and helpful. I get greeted every time within a minutes of me walking in the store. The extended warranty is definitely worth the purchase. The only thing wrong is that I am sadden that there are no longer package deal prices for full size :-( Please bring that back other than that this is a great store. Great Company!!!

Today I purchase two queen size beds from your location. Chelsea was so helpful. Chelsea helped me pick out two wonderful beds for my children. I can’t wait for them to arrive. With my purchase I received a three day two night stay vacation. Thank you so much Badcock for your wonderful customer service!!! We have enjoyed our shopping experience here. The staff was very helpful. There was low pressure. The furniture quality was better than many stores in the area and the prices are good. We've purchased kids' furniture here that was very high quality. Now we are purchasing living room furniture. Their warranty can't be compared - - three years of coverage! We have kids and pets, so this can't be beat.

The Store Manager (Anjie Vega) at the Store on Charles Hardy Pkwy (Ste 138) in Dallas, Georgia was Super Excellent!!! She was very, very Helpful, Friendly, and Super Patient while I shopped. She explained everything, From me applying for the store credit to each and every piece of furniture I looked at and chose. I never had such great Customer Service in a store before. SHE WAS EXCELLENT!!! I would recommend the World to go visit her for their shopping needs. She’s a real Sweetheart!

Had A Wonderful Experience with Mrs K. Jones who was very professional, very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. She gave me a lot of insight on how to navigate and find something to my liking. She helped me find great deals and gave me different ways to make sure I qualified for what I desired to have and take home for me and my family. Very relatable with great conversation. I had a wonderful experience trying put new beds and getting to know the employee Lizzie that helped me out. She was so helpful and got me approved for $3,500 store credit. That helped me get the bed i needed. And build my credit at the same time?! Win win all the way around! Highly recommend. Lizzie was awesome and will definitely be coming back to get a living room set!

Marcus was an exceptional sales rep. He guided our family in making some critical choices in regard to furnishing our new home. He also helped us find some things we didn't know we needed. Overall, a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to furnish their home.

Went in today just to look around. And was greeted by Lizzie. She was very helpful and kind. She answered all our questions. I ended up buying a bedroom set and dining room set. The process was fairly quick. And Lizzie was just the absolute best. Will definitely buy there again if I need more furniture and I will definitely go back to Lizzie as my sales person. One of the best furniture shopping experiences ever.

Bought bedroom suite 5 years ago, great furniture! So many compliments. Needed living room furniture, went into this store and prices during clearance are unbelievable! My sis bought, I bought, and we took pics to send to friends and family so they could see these rock bottom prices! On top of it, the owner and manager (Mr. Carlson and Angie) along with several guys who were moving furniture and talking on the phone with folks who just had delivery were all very customer service oriented and left a strong impression on both myself and my sis, like they went out of their way to help us and went the extra mile, calling to see if items were in the warehouse, looking things up in the catalog for us, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!

Went for a recliner for my back. Nick. McCoy was a great sales person. He didn't follow me around the store but was there when I had questions. He was courteous and polite. The service was quick once I selected a chair. The store is clean. I had a great experience and will return.

Anjie was so helpful and so knowledgeable. She was able to get the items that several other stores in the surrounding area other stores couldn't! The items were delivered when promised by Norman and Jeremy. They were outstanding! Very courteous and so careful!
