Del Taco

Yesterday I made a very large on-line order (almost $100) for a family gathering for scheduled pickup time at Del Taco in Hiram. Not only was the order ready when I arrived, but it was well packaged for convenience in transporting and separately bagged by groups of items for easy identification of what was in each bag. I did not get the manager’s name, but she was so nice and helpful and even helped bring everything to the car since it was requiring me to do it in two trips. When I got the food to my destination we found the order was complete as ordered and everything was really well packed and wrapped individually within so that nothing was escaping the wrappers from transit. And everything tasted great! I heard no complaints from the family. A win-win day. I will be going to Hiram Del Taco again for sure. Thanks again!!

We aren’t fast food people, but after a long flight and trying evening at the airport tonight my family and I stopped in for a quick bite. Even though it was late, the staff welcomed us and was patient while we ordered even helping with suggestions. We realized while waiting that something had been keyed incorrectly and notified the crew. They politely corrected it and our food was fresh and delicious also packed and labeled according to our order requests. It’s not often that fast food places have crews that are fun, interactive with customers and seem to enjoy their work, but this group did. My son even commented after we left how a particular crew member was fun as he was cutting up with him. Great job everyone!

the food is pretty good, better than Taco Bell. however i do kind of wish the quesadilla tacos actually went lighter on the cheese & added cilantro and onions. the queso is delicious i wish i could order a larger size than the regular or snack size through third party deliveries. The real strawberry sprite is really good, i wish there was a wider variety of berries or fruits to pair with the sprite.

The food actually feels worth the price! It's delicious and filling and affordable. Those two things keeps me coming back!

I am a local. Best late night fast food west of I20😄 Brittany the manager is always nice and polite. Do not let the wait damper your attitude, because your food will be hot 🔥 and fresh. The fish tacos and fries were hot and fresh. Thank you Brittany

My daughter took me here last Saturday for lunch on our mother/daughter day out. I hadn't been to Del Taco in years. The food was as good as I remembered.

4:30 pm I went through drive thru and had the best experience. Kasiah (if I spelled correctly) greeted me very professionally and was very professional with my order. I appreciate with the way people are mean nowadays. The food was good and fresh as well. Thanks so much

I ordered a few things off the menu and selected curbside. It took a little while but the food was really fresh and nice. The lady who brought out the food was kind and polite even though it was as if a torrential downpour of a storm was occurring. I recommend coming here for a cheap snack.

Super fresh and yummy. Their tacos are better than any fast food or dine in mex rest! I love the Del Taco, the tostada, the tacos al carbon, and their desserts are good too! And prices can't be beat. I don't eat fries so can't comment on their fries but it's interesting to see fries on all their value meals. I haven't dined in since before covid, I'm not sure if they have opened their dining room since.

Andy was very professional and helpful with my large order. The food was fresh and tasted very good. They sometimes can be slow, but this is a very busy location in Hiram and it can get hectic, but the service far outweighs that.

The employees act like they don't like their job. Short choppy answers no one smiles.

I started coming here a few weeks ago on Thursdays for the chicken tacos. They're always good. And when I do get the sweet tea, I wish I could remember the awesome lady who makes it's name, but I can't of course, but it's always perfect. 10/10 highly recommend.

first of all, this is such a clean restaurant, walking in is always refreshing. second of all, we’ve had impeccable service every time we’ve eaten here. real conversation, smiles, and laughs with the staff and they always make sure our food is perfect. give donovan and anaya deserve a raise.

Food with fresh French fries were good nothing like good hot. Fresh french fries tacos were full of cheese just like I like them

The burrito Supreme was the size of a 4x4 tire. Crazy big. Great taste. Haven't been to a Del Taco in a while. I will be back.

Very good place to eat .Food always fresh I eat there Monday-Friday. Staff and management are GREAT.

Check this , down load the app … retrieve your 2 free del tacos , make sure you have $2.88 when you go get your free tacos , bc you’re gonna have to make a purchase , $2.88 is a small fry .

My wife and I have been going to this location ever since they started a few years ago.

David runs an excellent operation. The quality of the food is definitely far better than Taco Bell which is right next door, and we always get plenty of napkins and sauces along with our food. Every. Single. Time. In fact, we have probably ordered over a hundred times at this location over the years.

If you go on Facebook and visit the 'Paulding' sites you will find one in particular that seems to specialize in complaining about fast food service and other local restaurants. The truth is for right now these places are short-staffed compared to the demand that's out there.

Del Taco has been our number one stop for a quick bite. The quality of the food is way better than the nearby alternatives and I'll leave the bickering to the chronic complainers that don't understand how the free market works.
