Really taken aback and surprised by the quality and prices here. I haven't visited JC PENNEY in years. Now I've been twice in the last week and literally saved hundreds of dollar on nice stuff. I highly recommend this store to anyone. If there's one thing I think they could improve on it'd be their men's shoe selection esp athletic shoes. But its a great place to shop.

I was looking for an item to purchase for Christmas, yes it will be here before you know it. And wow, always a welcoming atmosphere and so super clean great sales on selected items throughout the store!!

This review is specific to the portrait center. Ben is a MIRACLE worker. He is amazing at his job! Funny, kind and amazing at directing poses.

It's the best JCPenney store I've ever been. Clean, organized, and well stocked. Seems like the employees and managers are on top of things to keep this gem going.

I was at JCPenney's on Easter weekend walked in and there was a wonderful lady there giving out coupons. Forgot your name I'm sorry. I was so excited about the shopping and the discount that I got at the register. I really enjoyed it.

Love my lip tint from Sephora. Nobody comes close to the beautiful colors choices and long lasting wear. I work nights and by morning even after eating the color is still there and vibrant. I get compliments everywhere I go. Forever SEPHORA user. 🥰❤ 💋

I scheduled a wash, cut and blow dry for my daughter's 21st birthday dinner. Sonia spent a good amount of time on her hair and in the end it look like silk. It was beautiful!!! Thank you!!!

Great prices on items. I was able to get a clone set for half the price because Lady was able to help me get a promotion on the items that I was looking to buy. And the best part is I didn’t have to ask her she was able to mention the promotions and explain how was able to save by buying in a certain item to get a discount on the other. They definitely have a friendly stuff also.

Always a good price and good service. Waited too long in the season to find a bathing suit (I'm a very hard fit in those) but they did at least have some nice ones to try on! Also found some wonderful shorts at a great price.
